As you know, we have alreday working fintech solution and "within two minutes" that's just how it works.
On the other hand, we develop our private blockchain solution with the help of QBT (Qiwi Blockchain Technologies) on R3 Corda Platform (you can learn more about it here - https://medium.com/7seconds/7seconds-tech-whitepaper-is-out-e181213dc1da). This solution will not be overloaded, because it will be engaged only for loan requests and scoring data, which does not require high capacity.
