Thinking of ordering in the future, could you tell me what the success rate to Ireland is like?

It's about 90% as well, as to most European countries except for the Netherlands and Belgium, where the delivery rate is 100%.

As I'm from the Netherlands, this means that you have not heard yet about a delivery that was seized by customs in The Netherlands?  I always thought they we're quite hard, but that sounds promising. I think you can expect an order from me soon

Delivery can range anywhere between a few days and 3-4 weeks, and we still don't know what exactly is causing this huge discrepancy.

Anyhow, you shouldn't worry too much since yours has been dispatched approximately a week ago, so there is still plenty of time to allow

The number of my order is 4729.

I never received my order. I made contact with hello@dutyfree.io and they ask me to confirm my shiping address wich I did and they never again contact with me.

I would be well that the company can regularize that situation giving me back my BTC o sending the cigarettes.

I hope someone from the company read me and regularize this probleme so we can still trust them...

90% seems pretty high, I find it a bit hard to believe.

From my own experience, I had cigs sent over to UK from abroad twice (years ago), 1st time it went through OK, next time it got intercepted by customs (never ordered since then). So my rate is 50%, but maybe I was unlucky.

But how do you know the exact 'success rate'? Do you have every buyer reporting back to you whether they received it or not?

I like your prices, I would orderer a few boxes but I'm bit concerned that may be too much of a gamble.

Actually they mentioned it in FAQ (sort of):

All the cigarettes sold on our website are produced either in Ukraine, Greece, Portugal or Moldova, depending on the brand, and we are buying them directly from Big Tobacco’s wholesalers to skip the middlemen. We also pay all the duty excise taxes locally, so all of them have genuine excise stamps on the packs which you can verify. Please bear in mind that the warning messages on the packs may differ from the ones presented and will most likely be in Romanian or Ukrainian language.

We compute the success rate by looking at the total number of parcels sent to a country and comparing it against reports of seizure. In your case, roughly 1 in 10 parcels we send to the UK get intercepted, and we haven't found any correlation explaining when or why they get stopped. The border force seems to be doing manual checks randomly.

Isn't a pack of smokes like £8 over there? You could afford a few seizures in a row and it would still be cheaper to buy them from us.

Delivery time to the Netherlands is two weeks max. I always received them within 1.5 weeks or less so that pretty fast. Never had any problems with the new border stuff either.

We can do https://www.deburen.nl, no problem, however I'm not sure if there are any extra security checks when sending to a PO box. Can't really comment on that, but if you want us to send there - we will.

Given our perfect delivery rate to the Netherlands (not a single seizure for the past few years) however, I'd highly recommend using a normal shipping address instead.

I'm afraid not, sorry about that! We don't carry 100s in general, except for the Dunhills.

The only King Size menthol cigarettes we carry are the Kent Convertibles.
