I left a negative review on his website, and I saw today that he has rejected the review. I go with JeezusChrist at this one. He turned out to be a scammer. Very unfortunate. I don't recommend people ordering from him anymore. The risk of not getting cigarettes and loosing your money is high.

I ordered two cartons in April with tracking and haven't heard a word or received tracking. Seems to be they are scamming at this point because they no longer respond to PMs or emails. Highly suggest you await confirmation of delivery.

This was because I had not received my two carton order, or any response to my support requests, forum messages, posts or emails. So, I fully thought that this company was simply out to scam at this point. But today, I went out to the mail and to my surprise, one carton of my smokes order. No note, no email and no clue where the second carton is but I will for now just report that so far, even though it has now been two months, I am now in possession of 1 of my 2 cartons from my order.
So, I still say be weary. I still think ONLY owe's me a message or email and I still am missing one of my two cartons. So, it is up to you whether or not you want to risk the money to try and order. As I said, I will surely update you the moment I see the second carton or any message or email from dutyfree. Till then, be safe!

also waiting on order to USA.. id be surprised if this was an intentional scam as i imagine the business is worth more than the $ they would make pulling a one-off scam. i might be wrong..
anybody know any other sites that do USA shipping? i know of cigsspot who is temporarily not doing USA shipments. any others?
even with 1 scam out of maybe 20 orders on dutyfree, i really cannot complain. Cigs are ~$12 a pack where i live so taking a chance on getting scammed on a site that is operating well at the time of my order + who has not yet scammed is worth a gamble. as long as i get a few successful shipments, id still be saving ALOT of money.
any of the openbazaar / markets have usa cigarette vendors? im surprised somebody hasnt filled a USA demand on those places. are they really able to intercept domestic cigarette orders easily? a state like virginia vs ny/ca/etc. has $8-$9 difference in price. seems like a fairly low risk business to get into on a small scale. too bad nobody's worked it out cuz theres definitely a difference in the EU smokes taste vs US smokes taste. not bad, but different (but not worth $8 extra a pack lol).

has anyone ever placed an order without tracking and not received the order or a "love letter" from customs? This is to the U.S.
My first order was like in a week. I tried second order not paying for tracking and been over 90 days and no "love letter" saying it was seized and no delivery. So I'm dying to order more, but wondering what happened to the order that went MIA. Obviously if I order again pay for tracking, but want to understand what happened to missing order before I spend more money, so thought I'd ask if this happened to anyone else?

Well If this did happen to anyone please pm me since I don't check the forum daily. But I trust these guys enough I'm ordering again today just gonna make sure to add tracking to the order. I have no doubt they shipped the order, just was expecting a letter from customs when it didn't show up so was wondering if maybe customs changed their policy or what. I have no idea how but I got my delivery, it's postmarked September 2016 and I got it yesterday almost 11 months after shipment. It must have been stuck at customs. It wasn't opened at all or inspected. Craziest shit ever. I saw the box and was like WTF opened it and was like WTF, then checked the postmark and realized it was the order that went missing last year. Definitely worth paying for tracking. And U.S. customs are fuckups to say the least, talk about slow ass shipping. At that point you'd think they'd just "lose" the package on purpose rather than deliver it 11 months later. Thank you Duty Free, sorry U.S. customs sucks so fucking bad. And it was them because it got here to the U.S. last year just not delivered until now. |

I ordered a carton of Camels Order #25319. It has been 7 weeks since I ordered and Karl has not returned my many e-mails in over 2 weeks regarding where my package is. He responded me in one day when I e-mailed him the day I ordered to see if he received my Bitcoin payment. This website seems very shady to me and this is the first time I ordered from them because I saw good posts about them here. I am quite a disappointed customer. Not recommended!!!!

I dont think it is a problem from the seller. The products are sented to you in maximum 2-3 days after you ordered them. It is a problem from the postal system because everyday thousands and thousands of packages are delivered. It happened for me to wait 6 moths for a package( not from this seller). There are persons who receive the packages after 1 year. I am absolutely sure the seller sented you the package,you just have to wait for it. |

I chose the Simple Airmail option. Having worked in the international parcel business a while back I've learnt that tracked parcels tend to get a bit more attention than non-tracked by customs.
But who knows if dutyfree.io have shipped and my parcel has gone missing, or has been stolen by someone familiar with their shipping style working in the postal service.
I'll just keep waiting and update you lot if I see them.

I have read a lot of bad reviews on Reddit about them and they deleted link to this topic from the website. I hope your cigs will arrive, but i wouldnt count on it(( You should have used cigsspot. They have it as well and support is always online if i ask something. |

There is different qualities in tobacco industry, as far as I know, poor quality and damaged production are usually shipped to the middle east and areas like Syria and Lebanon...
My question to you, how can we confirm the authenticity of your product and why is the price so cheap. Do you guarantee a high quality and that your cigarettes contain no hazardous chemicals etc..?
I remember in 2006 our customs seized 5 or 6 containers holding cigarettes packs which was further determined to contain hazardous chemicals that affects our health...
The funny thing was that these packs were meant to be distributed and sold cheap in our country... which determines that the plan was not trading or income, it was a cold war and an attack...
I am, and many others are interested in your service, can you validate your quality ?

Placed an order over a month ago. I've gotten many orders successfully in the past. I sent a quick email checking on the status via their website form with no response. Then followed up with a direct email ( hello@dutyfree.io) and have yet to receive any response. It is sad it seems dutyfree.io is a scam now. |
