Могу в жаббер-бот добавить такой функционал. Технически просто - но, думаю, что пользователей будет немного, потому что тут все тот же вопрос доверия (а ну как возьму и свалю с кошельком).

Очередной пример, того что не нужно использовать всякие шит-сервисы. Если не врут конечно.
