Because to my knowledge there are several countries in southeast asia that have not legalized bitcoin. And what is our endeavor for bitcoin in southeast asia to be legal like any other country (which has legalized bitcoin).
Will the impact be positive or negative?
Bitcoin looks promising in areas where the banking sector and payment system are not very developed, including Southeast Asia. There are only a few merchants that accept Bitcoin. Although the population in Southeast Asia is twice as many as the population of the United States, the acceptance of Bitcoin in this region is relatively lower.
but the paradigm slowly began to change, many believed that Bitcoin might fill the gap left by the conventional financial system. Large Southeast Asian economies like Indonesia and the Philippines have made headway in terms of using Bitcoin as an alternative to fiat currency.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

On my opinion, legal or not bitcoin do already have an impact to the countries in southeast Asia. There are some establishment that starting to accept bitcoin as mode of payment. Though the acceptance of bitcoin is not stringer enough than the other western countries, but it is starting to change since bitcoin is starting to take off the countries in southeast asia. Let just wait for further happenings.

For the time being, these countries in Southeast Asia have not banned Bitcoin. I don't think it will take long for Bitcoin to become popular in Southeast Asia. There are a lot of people here. Blockchain technology is very popular here.

Depending on the country, the region can not accept the MOF completely so I think it is possible in 2020 to accept the whole

I think here in our country btc is legal. There are several establishments here are accepting btc as a mode of payments. Especially the services like Telcos, the power services, and water services. And our government is planning to recognize btc as one of the currency. I think they're planning to impose a tax collection on it.

I have never known or read the news if there are countries in Southeast Asia that legalize bitcoin, if more and more countries legalize bitcoin in Southeast Asia then that is a good sign, because bitcoin users will be more and more and the future of Cytto Currennie will be especially good in Southeast Asia

Bitcoin is nevertheless developing and has not been well-liked by all countries in Asia. but I succession Bitcoin is yet bothersome to convince every single one countries to legalize Bitcoin for example India is a country in Asia, if I am not mistaken, they ban bitcoin, and behind back again they relationships the dealings to bitcoin, At this times, India is exasperating to tug bitcoin below regulations. So, I think auxiliary countries in Asia will get your hands on bitcoin within three years.

of course there are positive and negative, maybe the government has not yet opened its mind. From a positive perspective, it will attract many people to use BTC

Crypto friendly countries would surely declare its legalization of crypto.  However,  we are not sure yet if all countries  im Southeast asia would adopt crypto.  We cannot blame government who doesn't want change. Let us all hope for the best with crypto adoption

There are countries in Southeast Asia that legalized cryptocurrencies already like the Philippines.  But I'm not sure if whole southeast Asia will legalize cryptocurrencies.  This is quite impossible because China already banned cryptocurrencies in their country.

bitcoin is a technology that must be developed and must exist because this requires understanding and learning about bitcoin so that it can become a unity between all countries to become an efficient technological progress.

In recent years, many countries have begun to take note of Block Chain technology, and I think most countries will accept Bitcoin as the community becomes more influential. Southeast Asia will also gradually open to encryption.

my country is still neutral, which means it does not explicitly prohibit but also does not legalize, the government has not issued a regulation on bitcoin, bitcoin is prohibited for payment transactions, but is allowed as an investment like gold, I really hope there are regulations from the government

Bitcoin enthusiasts in Southeast Asia in my opinion are also many, all the possibilities that bitcoin can become illegal in Southeast Asia will have an impact on advances in the field of digital technology and the development of online shop sites and in my opinion there is no negative impact

for countries that are in the SEA, I don't think it's too big to have an impact on the cryptocurrency market, because the volume is not too large
different things might happen if China, because China has the biggest cryptocurrency users, so the regulation of the Chinese government is very influential on the crypto market

I think that bitcoin can be legal in Southeast Asia. But all of that don't require an instant process and time. The country in the Southeast Asia region is dominated by developing countries so that technology is less able to accept quickly, especially crypto currency technology. As an example of my country, Indonesia, my country strongly prohibits transactions with crypto currencies. In my opinion the reason doesn't make sense so I attribute this to his unpreparedness in accepting this crypto currency technology.

Southeast Asia is a relatively developed and densely populated area. Although some countries are currently banned, it may be as if bitcoin India will be legalized. It is only a matter of time because the bitcoin is more and more recognized by the country.

I think economies in Asia are currently growing.  For such economies, the legalization of Bitcoin will bring more harm than benefit. So I don't think there will be any news about the legalization of the crypto.
