At first ,you have to choose the altcoin as a long-term . Because we can't expect huge raise even in the potential altcoin like ETH, Monero,Waves,Neo. Only in bitcoin,we can expect huge rise.So if you choose altcoin,to inverse your money.You have to hold it for the longer period.

I think i would only buy ETH. You can't trust anything right now in this market but Eth would be the safe one. If you are going to invest in something, invest in ETH.

If I'm u I will likely wait for Btc to stable as regard SEC postponing their judgement on Btc, bitcoin might dump a little bit so it's best to wait so as to buy more cheaper altcoins during the dip
