I don't think that BK is a blatant scam, as the title reads.
Me and my friends have been able to routinely make despots and withdrawals, and the withdrawal are literally almost automatic, something that can't be said for too many other sportsbooks.

Actually, is an apology really accepted here when money involved? I do not think apology is needed, but a compensation might work. I do think betking is really a good site as well but never know that they really have some problem with their token. I am watching this thread for months yet there is nothing good on their token, thry should really work this out unless they still have some ace under their sleeves

The ICO was a plan to ensure Dean Nolan became rich, that what many think he wanted from the beginning. If he cared about investors he would have done something long ago.

You are right, even if he apologised it will not be enough because investors have lost virtually all their investment. This is not good and they have no plans to do anything else anyway.

I guess the recent activity Dean Nolan increased exposure to Betking by bringing a new proze or two along with $2000 for some advertising deal with users signing up but in the end it does nothing apart from bring short term traffic spikes to Betking and show people here on this forum there is activity.

His recent burst of activity co-incided with a few of us asking questions about the way investors have ended up with useless and worthless Betking tokens so Dean Nolan started being a little more active but I am sure if I close down this thread he will probably return to his old ways again.

Dean Nolan proudly states in the offical Betking Thread that he locked because he could not explain to investors why they lost virtually all of their investment while he became an overnight millionaire:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2150057.msg44009083#msg44009083

"New live dealer games are now available on betking.io

You can play Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette as well as other games.

Also playing these games adds to your weekly leaderboard position"

Is this what the ICO was for, to get plugin games from "Livetables Gaming Platform" instead developing them?

How much will Betking make as an affiliate? How much of that will be added on to the "profit" which will be used in the Betking buy-back token scheme?

$6.5 million dollars with over 1000 BTC, over 4500 ETH and over 850 LTC at the time of ICO ending and what did investors get? Plugin software?

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by Dean Nolan to set up the ICO structure to ensure investors could not sell more than 10% of their Betking tokens and only once every three months and there is no audit to show where the went.

Dean Nolan said 50% of the ICO funds were to go to bankroll. Are we seriously to believe that over 500 BTC, over 2250 ETH and over 425 LTC has gone on to the bankroll? Just look at the website where are the 500 BTC, 2250 ETH and 425 LTC winners and where are the pending games to show the potential winnings to be 500 BTC, 2250 ETH and 425 LTC?

Plenty of people say this Betking website and Dean Nolan have got scam and scammer written all over it. My personal views do not matter but it is what people are saying.

Do you know what happened with the collected crypto currencies worth over $ 10 million or how do you know that the crypto currencies are lost?

I don't think that BK is a blatant scam, as the title reads.
Me and my friends have been able to routinely make despots and withdrawals, and the withdrawal are literally almost automatic, something that can't be said for too many other sportsbooks.

Dean Nolan has never issued accounts or allowed an audit so there is no way of knowing what he has been up to.

If you do not know what happened with the deposited crypto currencies, you should not mislead the investors with claiming it is gone!

If Dean still has the crypto currencies (what I assume), investors can enforce it through legal action as the company BetKing is registered and the liable party is known. Wink

Nobody knows what he has done with the investors money because there is no way to check or cross reference what he has said with what he has done. I am not claiming the funds have gone I have asked where the funds have gone.

Where is the 50 BTC Jackpot? He said there was one but there does not seem to be any winner and there is no 50 BTC Jackpot game on the website.

Where are to 500+ BTC and 2000+ ETH and 400+ LTC bankroll?

Since there is silence on part of Dean Nolan and his trying to close down discussion by locking the Betking thread, it does not help the situation and further damages investor confidence.

You said investors have virtually lost all their investment, but if the crypto currencies still exist and are enforceable, then they lost nothing.

You are right, even if he apologised it will not be enough because investors have lost virtually all their investment.

Where is the 50 BTC Jackpot? He said there was one but there does not seem to be any winner and there is no 50 BTC Jackpot game on the website.
Was this a jackpot where each game contributed or did he offer the 50 BTC from investor's money?

If it was a jackpot where each game contributed, then it is another scam. If it was a jackpot where games did not contribute, then he can cancel the jackpot at any time.

I am not sure how you can say Dean Nolan has scammed Betking affiliates, please elaborate on what you mean.

Maybe those investors holding tokens because they cannot ell beyond 10% every 3 months are not "dumbass", maybe they are innocent investors who were sold a dead turkey by Dean Nolan and ended up losing their investment. I feel sorry for them whether they have confidence in Betking or not.

So sad that investors lost everything because they ended up with virtually useless and worthless Betking tokens.

He removed the affiliate section with the statistic of all lifetime referred players!

We do not know what BetKing made with the submitted crypto currencies. I personally think that they are still available, especially as BetKing did not spend it to built up the casino.

Considering that investors have the option to withdraw from the investment contract because of investment fraud and demand their investment back, in my opinion it is stupid to still believe in this investment fraud scheme!

So sad that investors lost everything because they ended up with virtually useless and worthless Betking tokens.
If BetKing was an anonymous operation I would not disagree with your statement.

But as we do not know what happened with the investment (I assume it still exists) and as the identity of BetKing is known and investors can enforce their investments through legal channels, your claim that the investment is lost is misleading.

The investors will not get their money back and will ultimately make a loss all the while Dean Nolan became a millionaire.

Unless he proves otherwise people believe he pocked millions from the ICO directly and people will believe he is a scammer. My personal opinons do not matter but thta is what people are saying.

...
The investment of the bankroll is not on the Betking website and the 50 BTC Jackpot never was won.
...

While I´m sympathetic to a lot of your claims, I have to disagree with this one.
The current max win at the BetKing dice game is 10 BTC.

If we assume that BetKing is only allowing a max win of 2 % of the bankroll,
the bankroll would have to contain 500 BTC, which is roughly the amount of
BTC that has been raised with the ICO. Many sites use an even lower percentage
of the total bankroll as the max win. Therefore it is likely that the BetKing bankroll is
actually higher than my assumption of 500 BTC.

On an unrelated note, the daily BetKing turnover looks pretty high compared
to the last few weeks:
WON LAST 24 HOURS: $196,460

Maybe a result of the increased promotional activity? Dean owes you a beer  Wink

Correct, the investment is in the wallets of the owner and operator of BetKing.

The tokens are virtually useless as they are worthless therefore the investment is lost.
Whether or not BetKing's fantasy tokens have a value is irrelevant! Investors sent crypto currencies based on an investment fraud and can withdraw from the contract and demand their crypto currencies back!

The exchange of the crypto currencies to BKB tokens is juridical not valid, because it was done based on an investment fraud. Any activity done based on a criminal offense is juridical not valid and can be reversed at any time.

The investors will not get their money back and will ultimately make a loss all the while Dean Nolan became a millionaire.
If they will request a court order, then Dean will be sentenced to give the collected crypto currencies back.

Your claim that investors will not receive their money is false and misleading! Maybe meanwhile Dean paid you some money to mislead the investors to not demand their crypto currencies back?

Unless he proves otherwise people believe he pocked millions from the ICO directly and people will believe he is a scammer. My personal opinons do not matter but thta is what people are saying.
If people believe he is a scammer, what is the problem? Sue the scammer and demand your crypto currencies back!

If investors believe they were scammed, why do not they demand their crypto currencies back?

It’s hard to trust the site after everything that has already happened.

Dean Nolan should part with the BTC from the ICO that went to make a millionaire while investors saw their investment in Betking tokens become useless and worthless.

About the 2017 post ICO promotional 50 BTC Jackpot, here is one the many links: https://steemit.com/steemit/@kirkwuk/betking-io-50-btc-jackpot

Since nobody seems to have won it and no news was put out about it being removed it seems another highly suspicious piece of activity on part of Dean Nolan, that is of course unless Dean Nolan starts to tell people about his activities.

As for him buying me a beer I think it would be appropriate for Dean Nolan to publish his expenditure and allow audits of the Betking website to all investors and those that want to scrutinise the accounts.

You say the investment is lost, but at the same time you say Dean is millionaire!

But if Dean is millionaire from the investments, why do you claim it is lost while it is still there?

He never invested anything of his own, people say that he took large amounts of the ICO funds and kept it for himself therefore he became a millionaire overnight. My opinion is not important but that is what people say, they call Dean Nolan and Betking scam and scammer.

With no accountability and accounts to publish and with him allowing no audits it becomes very difficult to prove what he did with the money but one thing is for sure, if the bankroll does not look like it is 50% of the ICO funds and if the 50 BTC Jackpot was a scam (because it was at around 10 Billion to 1 chance of winning which nobody it seems won) along with several other issues then it is clear why people are unhappy with Dean Nolan and Betking because if the whitepaper promises are not even fulfilled it means he probably was dishonest in other things too.

My opinion is not important but that is what people say, they call Betking and Dean Nolan scam and scammer.

Truth be told, I find it incredibly shady how Dean unlocks his thread, makes a post, then locks the thread again.
This kind of behavior makes me leery to continue playing at betking.
That, and the fact that the prick never replies to my PMs
