And it was documented after the wager contest that ALL bets were rolled back and all players got their balances reset. No player lost any money. I did as some players withdrew winnings during the contest.

It's weird that you consider that acceptable. It's almost like you don't understand how a casino works.  


BTW Can you give a straight answer to why you rolled everything back and didn't pay out the wager prizes? Or simply because it was cheaper than paying out?

Just because no one lost money, doesn't mean they weren't scammed of their time and potential profits. Offering a fake contest just to drive traffic to the site isn't very honest either.

I should have had around 30-40 LTC profit if I recall correctly from participating in the contest which was reset away.

The scam was carried out in a particular manner, people definitely lost money if not in one way then in another.

For example, serial scammer Dean Nolan stole a minimum of 30 million of the 100 million original BKB tokens, then wanted to cash them in but the site was not making any profit so he decided to use the bankroll funds to "buy-back" tokens and in the process sold the tokens he stole in order to make himself rich which at the guaranteed buy-back rates was $2,785,800

Yes, he made a minimum of $2,785,800 from the whole $6.5 million the 2017 ICO funds brought in.

Then he made much more from other ways to scam as well.

That would not surprise me because Dean Nolan is a serial scammer and not all victims of his scams will post in these threads to complain.

The group of ICO investors that were thinking of taking group legal action against serial scammer Dean Nolan probably prefer to keep their names quiet. And why would investors that made profit and cashed-in complain anyway?

It is the investors and token holders remaining that should complain but those that do not complain here cannot be happy with the fact that serial scammer stole 30 million of the 100 million BKB tokens and they cannot be happy with the fact that serial scammer Dean Nolan used the bankroll funds to buy-back tokens which was completely in contradiction to the ICO promises.

He did that just to sell off his stolen BKB alongside other sellers just to try to hide his scam. And the funds he siphoned-off that were supposed to be used for "marketing and legal etc" was the final humiliation because investors funds were left to near zero.

to be fair I had like 11 pending bets after he shut down the bookie , but thing is that I didn't even remember what are the pending bets
contacted dean and he sent me all the bets I made , all of them were settled and paid later

How much is the fee scam artis Dean Nolan did not pay for using the Bustabit software?

I believe the standard license is a one-time fee of 2 bitcoin. FWIW, I don't think it's actually too big of a deal -- all things considered -- copyright violation is pretty minor. Had Dean just said: "I don't believe in copyright law, so I have no intention of following it"  -- I'd probably think it's a reasonable enough position.

However, the whole thing revealed that Dean has absolutely no problems in blatantly and provably lying just to save 2 btc (after supposedly raising millions in an ICO).

And actually, it's how the mini-feud between me and him started. Previously I was on good terms with him, and helped him out with things numerous times. He told me he was using the bustabit code on both the server and client. I recommended to him that he should just follow the AGPLv3 license  (as it's pretty reasonable, and free!) or just pay Daniel for a license. I also said something in confidence like: "if Daniel doesn't realize, you can probably get away it" (although I did emphasis it's best to do things legitimately).

Then Dean went behind my back, and misrepresented what I said and lied about me telling him he "can do it". (something that even if wasn't a lie, I wouldn't have the rights to do anyway).

That's when I realized something was _seriously_ wrong. He had no problems provably lying and burning personal relationships just to save a couple bitcoin. A casino is built on a trust, and Dean has proven (now several times over) that he can't be relied on to always be honest or do the right thing. It's no wonder his casino has virtually zero volume left; all the smart money knows to stay far away.

His feedback for on his forum user names pocketrocketcasino and betking clearly list people that were scammed when stole affiliate commission from them.

Serial scammer Dean Nolan has scammed winners of the 2018 Christmas wager out of 20 BTC +EV and also scammed ICO investors out of 30 million of the original 100 million BKB tokens which total $2.785 million at the guaranteed buy-back price. On top of that the other ICO funds he siphoned-off. The list goes on....

I am sorry serial scammer Dean Nolan scammed you too but it does not surprise me because he is a serial con-artist.

As a community we should all get together to expose all the scammers no matter where they are and no matter how much in USD$ terms the scam amounted to. We all should not let the scammers win and we all should protect newbies and gullible investors by highlighting the scams and scammers to them.

I am not sure who did kicked me out, since there might be other than one account with that authority. But customer service should be the first priority if they want to gain the fame back, they might want to keep these nice words only, for the will of big investors may be? But you know that no business can success without satisfying their customers.

The group admins may have much sensitive with their enemies, but they can't be this way which including "angry" customers in their offensive/enemy list. Tell you what? Angry customers may be the most source of income, since they pretend to lose their mind easier, thus deep in the game easier, and as a result losing more, making more profits to the house.

It is a common them with serial scammer Dean Nolan to throw a tantrum and kick/ban users from the betking TG channel. He is like a baby, he cannot stand the thought of people questioning his business acumen (or lack of) and he cannot accept he is wrong.

If your were banned from their TG channel just because you informed them you could not login to your account then it shows you how petty and scandalous the whole situation is. Thankfully you have not missed much because betking and its serial scammer operator Dean Nolan are sinking fast. The site has almost zero users and very little in bets being placed.
