When bitcoin prices rise up the market also will

It's true that when Bitcoin price rise, the market will also, but not all the time. Base on the market, the recent statistic shows that Bitcoin went up high, but other coins fell. In my opinion, Bitcoin is really the one who's dominant, we can see that it's unaffected when other coins fall, while it affects other coins when its price moves.

I think it is actually because bitcoin is considered as the main cryptocurrency, most altcoins are paired with bitcoin. Whenever it rises, usually it does not actually mean that altcoin price will increase, usually during the early phase of recovery altcoin price goes down because most are investing in bitcoin and dumping altcoins.

I think it will also affect other cryptocurrency but not much because the major market of a cryptocurrency type of change is due to the investors in it so it will affect less. Or maybe they are involved in many types of cryptocurrency, which will cause them to increase

That is true but I would like it to change with time :

1) All coins depending on bitcoin prices defeats the purpose of diversification. It s bad for investors.

2) Juts because bitcoin is the first crypto coin, it should not be the number one always. That will stop further updates or improvements which only competition can bring with time.

when bitcoin rises, the market is rising, but not necessarily for altcoins because sometimes altcoins with bitcoin are quite different, not according to the conditions at that time. so we still have to monitor the altcoin even though the BTC rises

It is obvious to see why the price trend is like that. Bitcoin is the dominant factor in the cryptocurrency market( about 40-45% of the total market capital). And most coin (if not all) depend on it price movement. When bitcoin rises,  market capital increase significantly and altcoins rises too and when bitcoin fall,  others fall too.

Bitcoin is considered as the parent in crypto family, as its having highest value among all crypto currencies. But this doesn't mean that btc is directly proportional to other crypto currencies. Although many times, it is observed that as btc rises other alt coins also rise, but this situation does not arise always, sometimes the opposite of this situation is also seen. Ups and Downs in alt coins is due to various market factors , thus alt coins are not directly proportional to btc.

Yes thats right , bitcoin mostly connected to other altcoins or shitcoins and if bitcoin price is down the market is also in down trend. I think the bitcoin  price will go up again this end the year but its not surely its only prediction. Yes maybe soon the price of whole market are back , be positive everyday .

Not entirely. Of course btc's value greatly affects the entire market since almost all alta are btc converted and crypto itself is  seen to bitcoin by many people. Time will come when alts would be independent from btc.

Yes thats right , bitcoin mostly connected to other altcoins or shitcoins and if bitcoin price is down the market is also in down trend. For me,bitcoin really dominates the whole crypto coins because once it is seen making a good increase in the market,expect that altcoins too are having good increase in the market.But it's not happening all the time,there are times that even bitcoin increases its price,the other crypto coins still continue to fall their prices.

Most of the exchanges has bitcoin USD market so that gives more power to bitcoin so every time it has good market, alts are going up too.

But the las time I've seen when bitcoin starts to get up, alts are drowning in opposite. And now, while bitcoin is falling, alts are sharing the pain.
