So you're saying that's your account? Do you have any proof of that? I'd be happy to tag it, but if you can't verify that it's yours I won't.
As for the rest, there's not much that's going to be done IMO. It'd be nice if DT members tagged suspected merit abusers, but the fact is they're not. Hilariousetc just caught a whole bunch of them in that creampie spitball thread and no one tagged any of them. I agree it sucks that people are doing this, but it's kind of the consensus that they're going to be allowed to keep doing this crap. Eventually the sMerits will dry up, and most members couldn't get them if they tried.
Yes im saying thats my account. I have been posting from the same IP for years on it, it would be easy to verify as I am using that same IP right now. As I said, I was never informed that I needed to post a bitcoin address just in case I needed it recovered. I can describe PMs including the last one I received before the account was stolen but I dont know what other way you would like me to prove it. Its all right there in the server logs. I dont care about the merits, its a useless system. I dont need to scrape pennies from sig campaigns I would be fine if my account was reset to zero merit. I just want access to the 3 years of PMs and info that I had saved there.
Heres a question: Why cant it just be reverted to the original email address on file? The account is locked, I can show the email where I locked it after realizing it was hacked.
