A good bounty manager should be able to find solutions to the problems of those who join the campaign and make stake counts weekly. He can also find campaigns he can manage if he works professionally. A good website is also required

I am interested in this topic and your comment as well. But my problem is, how will the team get to know me or how will I even get to know a team and tell them I want to manage their bounty. Is there a section here for that?

First you need to be a good member in this forum.
secondly, you need to be a good bounty manager.
then after trying many campaigns or a single one, you might end up with a good ICO BOUNTY...

I think if you are a new beginner or newbie here it is a bad idea to manage a bounty. Because being a bounty manager is a hard job its not like bounty hunter that you just report daily you will check every participant on there work of they are cheating or not. And makong a bounty thread and ann thread is also hard.
