In the terms of the technology and their scalability solutions EOS is better than TRON, but when you consider other factors like their respective communities and marketing and promotions TRON is ahead in these aspects and it is no surprise that TRON's all time high is a lot more than that of EOS which is why if I wanted to invest in cryptos with the present market conditions I will go for TRON because I believe it has a better chance for more growth.

i believe with EOS, a complete platform in crypto world,, and i think eos is better than tron
Agree. EOS has many robust features that make it a solid operating system for smart contracts running on the blockchain. TRON was not designed for such purpose but simply as a decentralized content delivery system. If compared both, we'll notice that they have many similarities in their consensus algorithms, but they’re completely different in features and development. As the blockchain space matures, we'll see how both platforms will gain traction in terms of mainstream adoption and real uses. AFAIK, EOS look more promising than TRON because of the dedicated team behind it. I believe that TRON is more overhyped than EOS itself, which could lead it towards complete failure if it doesn't deliver real innovation or use cases in the mainstream world. Nevertheless, EOS may be a better investment than TRON for the long term. Just my opinion

Well I do not think both Coin is good for long term investment, I invested in Tron last year, and then sell it shortly after the big pump. And then I invested in EOS earlier this year, but then I missed the ATH, and you can see how both coin is just pump/dump coin, better invest in something more reliable like BNB, NEO, or High tier altcoin like Ethereum or Litecoin.

Well it will be very hard for any of them to replace or overpower ethereum. I wouldn't say it's impossible because nobody can perfectly predict the future. I don't really like both but maybe I will go for EOS coz it's more popular and seems to be more promising.

TRON vs. EOS is a very interesting match. Tron has a great name, and I think their team will be able to continue marketing it. EOS on the other hand has a very strong development team, and has been marketed successfully for over a year. I think more people are familiar with the name EOS then they are with the name TRON. For me what it boils down to you is which platform will be utilized more, and which platform will be developed on more....... and to that end I have to pick EOS.

Which of these smart contract platforms are the best? Or which will prevail in the long term? Will it be Tron or EOS? As far as I know, both promise unparalleled TPS and cheap fees. If they continue to grow in terms of development and innovation, then they could easily outpace Ethereum in the future. Nevertheless, my pick would be EOS as it has an experienced veteran in the blockchain industry known as Dan Larimer. Which would be yours? i mightbrpe weong and i zm no professional but i beleive in eos more that in tron? zo i think eos is stronger now i might be wrong too bit i agree woth you i think that eos shoyld be more reliable thkugh who knows what will happen next Please, you should need to reconsider about the capability both of platforms. I can tell you something about that look at NEO and how it goes to the zero value as soon as possible caused by it's only a hyped project. it looks very similar as trong and EOS and it will get a big dump soon or later.

I think I'll choose EOS because EOS is at the heart of the next generation of blockchain. However TRON is currently out of the news, I will not invest in TRON. ,

Both TRON and EOS may be similar in the way they operate with smart contracts, but they have their unique visions and purpose in real life. TRON would become used for content sharing, while EOS would be used as the "Operating System" for decentralized applications. The latter with its dedicated development team, and vision, will help make smart contracts scalable, and much cheaper than their ETH counterpart. On the other hand, TRON looks overhyped and simply a copy of other smart contract platforms. The way it is designed doesn't show anything unique, IMO, as it's very similar to other cryptocurrencies with no real innovation. However, EOS takes the lead in innovation as it has a unique approach to scalability unlike no other. I believe that EOS's zero network fees would attract developers into deploying smart contracts in its blockchain. Nevertheless, time will tell us which will survive in the market. It could be EOS or simply TRON taking the lead. Otherwise, they'll remain in the blockchain space for years to come. Just my opinion

"EOS is American silicon valley money, with American silicon valley philosophy. Tron is China's Jack Ma philosophy and style. In the end, the way they function will be quite similar. But not identical. I think EOS is beneficial for rich people & Tron is beneficial for everyone. But that's just a general opinion, colored by personal bias."

Yes. I believe that both smart contract platforms will have their specific uses and purposes within the mainstream world. EOS could be the blockchain for businesses and corporations worldwide, while TRON could be the decentralized blockchain for the people enabling a decentralized internet with dApps and tokens that perform better than in the ETH blockchain. The most interesting thing about both EOS and TRON, is that the same use DPoS as their consensus algorithm. This enables them to process a large number of TPS, while providing no fees at all. However, I believe that EOS has a better chance of becoming successful than TRON, simply because it has a greater development team and highly supportive community. Nonetheless, time will tell us whenever EOS or TRON will be the true winner. Until now, ETH is still the leader of smart contracts, but it could change in the future with the growth of alternative platforms such as the ones mentioned earlier. Just my opinion

After the recent events with the prices of the TRX project, you might think that this project really did something very cool and it really did it. As far as I know now TRX is a separate blockchain.

If you noticed that today TRX has very cool capabilities and it works really very cool, they were able to implement the project on their blockchain, this is very cool, they stopped being addicted. That's cool.

EOS has not made as much progress as tron recently. TRX has hundreds of new dApps lined up to launch on its blockchain. Tron team are very serious and this blockchain could actually topple ethereum as the top blockchain for dapps and smart contracts. My pick is definitely TRX over EOS because I think it has more potential.

EOS is faster than tron blockchain in terms of the number of transaction on their network but the recent developments on the tron blockchain looking promising like BitTorrent ICO and the number of dapps on their blockchain increasing. Due to recent developments tron looks to have great year ahead, I would definitely choose tron over EOS but when it's comes to investment I will diversify my investment in both the cryptocurrency.

In my opinion EOS liiks much better than Tron, especially forshort term holding. I think, traders should to work with coins more often to better market situation.

These coins both have equal potential for short-term investments. therefore, I would recommend you to share the funds for these coins in equal parts

Of course, hyped projects will go down to zero as people go on to the next big thing. When comparing TRON versus EOS, it's safe to say that EOS has more active development and innovation than TRON. TRON is simply hyped in many ways, without providing true results. Its virtual machine is largely compatible with Ethereum's VM, which works the same as Ethereum. There's no unique programming language for TRON (unlike EOS and Ethereum), while there aren't as much dApps available as on other smart contract platforms on the market. While time will tell us, what will happen with the existence of TRON and EOS, one thing for sure is that EOS keeps on delivering in contrast to TRX. What really matters is mainstream adoption, and constant innovation for any cryptocurrency to succeed. Hence, if TRON cannot deliver this, then it would simply fail. Just my thoughts

For me, the behavior of the TRX project certainly seemed very strange, not looking in general at all possible updates and news. I saw this project grow. It was great, a reminder from 2017.

I do not believe that they will be able to surpass Ethereum, especially Eos. In the future of Tron, I still less believe!
