I personally believe that the most obvious reason for reduction in the value of the token immediately after listing or after distribution of bounty tokens is the impact of bounty hunters dumping. Most bounty hunters are not investors and are not interested in long-term hold of the token. They take whatever is offered and move to the next project.

I don't know why the sell their token almost immediately when they receive it. Now the market is bearish, I believe they would be forced to hodl their token now.

They sell it because they need money. They are just bounty hunters who want to get their pay immediately, there are still investors who also play a big role in the presence of tokens on the market. Bounty is only a small part. And while other reasons they sell it immediately because they do not have confidence in the potential of the coin he gets.

I would say that the majority of the bounty hunters dump tokens right after exchange release. And those who don't - regret it with time. In the conditions of a falling market, new tokens do not withstand the pressure.

I admit many bounty hunters always dump , but I also know some bounty hunters who will carefully select projects they think have potential and hold them for a long time after getting the token.

In my opinion, bounty hunters can do anything. As long as they have their cards.

To prevent this projects can choose to give the bounty rewards in batches, or to lock the bounty rewards for a few weeks. On this way they can prevent the dump of bounty hunters and airdroppers.

Do all bounty hunters dump Cryptos after they get paid?

I believe this is not a fair assessment as a lot has to do with the crypto project itself.

Its a matter of perspective really, not all bounty hunters have the same experience or motive, some people just need an opportunity to get crypto for projects that are very difficult to get in the token sales, Example is Ncash tokens of Nucleus.Vision the project has a 1 million USD budget and it is still above ICO price even in the bear market.

Additionally some projects treat bought hunters badly which will not encourage them to stick around for much longer after they get their tokens.

I believe tokens or coins getting dumped by bounty hunters depends a lot on the project itself.
Value of crypto is not about dumping of someone it is about team of project. IF team left the game and ICO turned out as abandoned it goes as crap. IF team try to implement their plan and crypto lives with its improvements it goes above its value.

Well, hunters are also not stupid and understand the coins. And have closer contact with developers than investors. Therefore, they know what coin should be kept, and what is better to get rid of at the exit to the exchange.

I agree with you totally on this. I have also seen the same thing. All it matters is that the project has potential for a growth. If it solves any problem or if it has real use cases then more likely even the bounty hunters will hold on to their coins. All are here to make money. Most of the ICOs when launched on exchanges gets dumped as they do not have any use in real world.

Very often bounty hunters are investors of the project as well and big supporters and holders of it.
As you said it depends on many circumstances and the hunter knows very well what to look at a project
and if it is promising the hunter will not dump the coins for sure.

I think Ncash is a good token and they have really intresting project. I took part in this bounty and I think I'll get good profit after few month. Of course good luck for you)
But if we talk about Bounty hunters I think that a lot of hunters explore projects and HODL good coins.

yes, for some reason, they simply sell their tokens immediately, for the reason like they are in need of money, or maybe they wanted to invest in bitcoin, ethereum or so on. they do that on purpose.

i don't think we should call it "dump", bounty hunters complete some work, promotion for a project, and they expect to obtain a profit from it, some even make a living of it, so it is rational to think they will exchange it to fiat soon or later.

You just need to ask your self that; what is the to share in percent that are usually allocate for most bounties? I think the highest one have ever seen was 5% and which have to be out of the total sales, so now tell me how that is enough of dumping the price when some investors have more than enough of coin to dump as soon as they already have their 50% and above gain. Let know where the problem is from and don't always think bounty hunters are that worst.

Honestly, bounty hunters contribute more on the the devaluation of most coins after ICOs, the rate inwhich they all tend to dump the tokens at a very cheap price devalues coins so much.

Yes yes, it is mostly main reason what some people are trying to get rid of their earned tokens when they get them. It is possible that they suspect in development of project and that out come will be bad for them.

Many bounty hunters act stupidly and immediately sell their rewards. They do not look at the price - it's important for them to get something.

Bounty hunters subconsciously are informed about how good or bad a project is during the development while they are promoting it, so I cannot really Blame bounty hunters who dump whenever they receive their rewards.
Personally I make my decision based on each project. I can decide to sell it hold, it is my decision. Besides bounty rewards can be seen equally as a payment as it is seen as an investment.
