Bitcoin is not controlled by any centralized authority and no one has control over it. If your funds are hacked or if you send the money to wrong address, there is no one whom you can ask for help and you cannot claim your money back. This is one drawback of digital currency. Many online frauds are also being done through digital currencies because the cheaters know that they cannot be caught if they stole or hack the digital currency.

It is a very sad thing that your bitcoin was stolen.  In that case no one should be blame  except you because you are the one  who knows the security of your wallet. Its your  mistakes, you cannpt complain with others, its not a  bank that you can complain if you loose your money. You must aware that in crypto you must take a risk.

There's nothing you can do about any stolen bitcoin. This is the reality of the absence of authority taking charge. Security is one of the issues that blockchain developers need to resolve as soon as possible. Hackers are taking advantage of decentralization and anonymity of the bitcoin environment.
