Anyhow, this question has been asked before, and apparently the answer is that the only thing you can do is delete all your posts yourself and change your password to something so complicated that no one is ever going to crack it--and then just walk away.  Mods aren't going to help you here.

It is not possible for you to delete your account. But theymos could change to anonymous or to a guest account if you ask. It would be fun if one day he decided to do it with half the forum.

You can delete the comments you have posted and your post.
Note: If you commented on any thread and now that is lock then you would not be able to delete that comment.
Note 2: You cant delete post on few boards eg: Bounties.

There is no reason to delete accounts unless your username can lead to real information about you but B1tUnl0ck3r is far too real. You might just forget the account that's all, you don't need to delete any post or perhaps a particular post that you think  that might get you in trouble which I assume that is what happened.
