This is a constructive reply!

I think there is a importance to have this coin mined well to protect the network.

If C2 has only 1Mh net hashrate then it is far to easy to perform a 51% attack.

Or an other example:
There is the possibility that someone comes around an puts 1 GH/s in the network. The result is an massive increase of the difficulty.
If this guy wants to damage C2 then he leaves and makes it very unlikely that the next block is found. The coin gets hung and no block can be found.

I think that befor this coin should be on more exchanges that we shoul figure out how to reward people to mine this coin.

Difficulty seems to be adapting using kgw or at least every block. So there is no problem with that. 1gh in scrypt algo is not common only if a multipool joins the network but why would they do that if there is no valuable reward only O.1 tx fee

If difficulty is adjusting every block then there are no issues

Yeah that's the thing he said PMC has a well estabilished 150GH network speed, but that's just nothing when a single asic can do 600GH and more

Stop trolling and start helping to find solutions.
You dont have any PMC.. thats fine but pointing out that other coins are doing things similar will not help to fix things

1.you're the one that keep trolling here
2.why the hell i should have PMC when i have a better choice now?
3.yes..both coins doing the similar thing but coins2 did much better  transparentcy in distribution than PMC..that why i said it is better Smiley

I agree that the C2 distribution was more transparent but the PMC community started after at the first day to disrtibute the coin further.

Hoarding is in my opinion a big topic in the C2 community.
Most people think that it is enough to post their adress on FB and after 1 month they walk away with 1 BTC or more.
But thats not how it works. I dont understand why your ignoring the issues that I'm pointing out instead of starting to work things out.

I was not the guy who started mentioning PMC but if its so then we maybe could learn from PMC mistakes.

I dont know why you not stop attacking me or PMC and start working on ideas...

I don't understand why are you posting here facts that are typical for 100% premined coins as problem. Low network hashrate is not a problem is a fact of these coins(yes pmc has also a low hashrate 150GH is typical of dying coins active sha256 coins are having terrahashes). Nobody will throw megahashes here or gigahashes there for a non reward coin, thats typical of these coins so anybody can keep the network alive even with a setgenerate true in the wallet. If you are uncertain or having fear support a coin with normal block rewards where the hashrate is high. This coin can run with some spare hashpower only

OK.. if I'm the only one who is feared that some random guy with a lot of MH/s could come around and let the coin stuck(retargeting every block dont fix this issue) then its ok. I will keep my mouth shut.

I'm not hoarding. I've started giveaways on Twitter & Reddit and I've listed small amounts at NXT-e.

C2 and PMC are both great coins, I like the premined aspects and mining for tx fees.  It gets rid of the huge whales and creates a rather large community.  PMC was distributed to 500+ users and was weighted heavier the first day.  The greatest thing about PMC is there's only 499k which really eliminates massive devaluation.  Both are distributed to many more members than most all billion and million coins who only have a handful of people involved.

C2 50,000,000 coins 97.55 distributed to 1000 users, Scrypt mineable for tx fees
PMC 499,999 coins 100% distributed to 500+ users SHA256 mineable for tx fees

I'm working with the dev and others for a PMC top wallet list like Bitcoin so it will be more transparent.

Ok I just woke up so sorry I am late to this conversation.  But, here is my answer.  We are currently at 2.69 Mh/s.  In the scrypt world, this is roughly the same as around 50gh/s in the sha world.  With asic technology growing exponentially, it is probably more like 80-100gh/s.  I have asked the community via FB to setgenerate true 32.  As more and more people read that post, and now this one, the hashrate is increasing.  I have a 5 C2 reward on the pool for whoever finds blocks with tx fees.  This coins is still somewhat under the radar and low in value.  This is what has helped ALL coins.  Your argument for an unsecure network is not only a question for our coin, but every coin 6 DAYS after if was launched.  I did think about using MGW, but all coins that currently use it have been experiencing multipools jumping on until dif retargets and then they leave and the community is stuck trying to find an extremely hard block with 1/4 of the hashing power.  The Coin2 network is ONLY THERE to process txs.  If we get stuck on a hard block because of multipools mining, it will take 30-45 minutes for transaction to confirm.  This will not work with my future plans of merchant POS systems.  Imagine buying a soda and having to wait 45 min for it to confirm.  I am still waking up so I def missed some stuff so please ask questions.  In conclusion, every coin, including bitcoin is vulnerable to an attack.  In fact, I would suggest that every coin has had a 51% attack.  When I started this coin, I was the only one mining it, a.k.a. 51% attack.  And aside from the all terrifying 51% attack, bitcoin suffered an attack that had nothing to do with mining.  Are people not going to buy bitcoin?  Its all about perspective.  This community is, BY FAR , more tight knit than any other coin.  We are all willing to do whatever it takes to see this coin through.   Grin

PMC distribution wasn't fair at all, there was guy with 30k and other with 500

coin2 distribution was right instead

There were bounties given away for PMC to design the website, hosting, etc.  There's already been several hundred to thousands of btc pumped through PMC on the buy side at this low price of 30-40 cents.  There will be large holders at the beginning.

Conversely, there could have been a ton of the original 1000 Coin2 users who posted on their friend's facebook account to get alot of Coin2.  I bet there's a few people sitting on millions of Coin2.  The community should work on a top wallet list like bitcoin.

i just checked the coin2 market in https://nxt-e.com...and sorry to dissapointed you that...i didn`t see any sell order with mil yet but i saw buy order of 1.7x mil..seems like some guy want to buy it at dirt cheap..lol

btw...the guys that get more than 30k PMC through dustribution was equal to 3,000,000 C2 if your math is not that bad ..and i don`t think there is any ppl get that volume through C2 distribution on fb.
