He actually makes a few valid points but saying the coin is dead in one breath, and then saying good dev, good community etc in the next is just silly.

The reason the coin isn't dead is because of the dev team and the community. It's the reason this coin WON'T die.

I think the price drop has surprised a few people but it was to be expected. It is almost like a brand new coin we have here. The original dev left and the team has had to pick up the pieces in a short time.

A lot of weak hands will have been shaken out but I guess you can't blame them. If they don't have the connection or the feeling about the coin that some of us have it's natural that they would want to sell with all that we've been through.

They'll come back when the price begins to go up again. Sell low buy high eh? And they come here talking like they know what they're doing lol. But that's crypto. People want profit or liquidity NOW to get on the next train.

I think we're in a consolidation phase at the moment. The game development will go on and things in the markets will remain quiet.

Let's concentrate on the fundamentals instead of going on about the price all the time. Spread the word. Come up with some ideas. Do some giveaways amongst other online communities you're members of.

Give the new coin a solid base to push on from once the dust has settled.

When it was realised there were actually 100m coins, the price took a natural adjustment....

So, yes, the fact that holders of c2 have seen a dilution of their coins, and therefore we've lost value in terms of btc. The actual price for new investors and overall market price is actually pretty steady, give or take a few  %

Time will tell how this will play out, but right now i see nothing seriously wrong with the direction in where it's heading.

We will have an insane amount of people from OUTSIDE the crypto community buying into this coin once the game is launched and real money to coin2 services are in place.

Cryptos investment is not really unique, as any others with risk and greater because it's something new. It's exactly like the internet from the beginning when 99% of the world still haven't got a clue what's all about with a suspicious mentality as an investment instrument. Same as the personal computer started... Once picked up, everyone will rush in as another Klondike fever, lost their minds jump in like a flock of sheep.  

Many Cryptocoins out there with good price, however more than half of them have no real intrinsic value in it. At least not for moment until it comes with a tangible product or service to back it, else will eventually fold when the current marketing scheme engine run out of steam and with investors getting more knowledge about Crypto day after day.

As I see it, the lower the Coin2 price drop, the better chance for me to do the accumulation. You don't have to be a genius to see value nor need to convince those whose mindset already firm on seeing thing differently.  When you could make the lemon's lemon juice, why not further it into liquid gold?

We are not releasing the release date until good and ready. We will not risk the future of the game just to satisfy the impatient. If we did it would risk everyones investment and obviously we will not do that.

As I said right at the beginning.. the price will go up and down until launch. It matters not. Those who hold will be rewarded handsomely in the run up to launch and for long after. Once we do release the release date people will be flocking here as they know the price will multibag even before the gamers arrive.

As you now http://162.243.122.209/ was up to help secure network but PoW block reward is 0 (zero) C2 so we had nothing to pay miners and that was bad.
The good thing is that I patched original pool (nomp) and we have now constant 100 C2 per found block after 50 confirmations. Payouts are made once your balance is over 100 C2.
