Please solomine right now or do not mine at all (total waste of electricity for you). Looks like you're mining with the wrong miner (!!!!!) on not working pool (!!!!). And it looks like you don't read what I posted earlier. Maybe I should set you a solo miner myself or better send some coins I solomined to make you happy?

Doing about 10.8 Mhs usually get 3.6Mhs on regular Scrypt. Not found any blocks, I'm assuming that I'm too small fry to get any solo mining with such a small rig?

-first time solo mining.

Solomining is still good, but we need a pool. Net diff is now around 20 (!), but gpus hash 6-8 times faster right now, so it's like ~3 normal scrypt difficulty.

Miner show 1.32m difficulty, it is easy to track increase or decrease there.

I'm only getting 3 times increase on GPU mining vs Script. Any particular config I should be using?

It depends on card a lot. 280x get big boost for me. With next n-factor hashrate will decrease.

BTW, dev, please add n-factor change to OP!

This is my first scrypt-jane coin so perhaps I'm missing something but I was able to get the GPU miner working and my best share amount did go up to 22.4K however I didn't see much else.  When I turned verbose on I see a constant stream of "Share below target" messages.  Can someone tell me what this actually means?

you mining setting are wrong. PLEASE read many many post above where I and other guy explained how to solomine this coin.
