People are not realizing how good they got it right now. This coin halves. Right now, lots of coins flooding the market. Weeks from now, a fraction of the coins will be hitting the market. Take advantage of the opportunity to buy at 1 satoshi or lower through the litecoin market.
Exactly. I've got tons of it But, shhhhhh

Support programs like paper wallets, phone apps that are secure (unlike Bitcoin at the moment), and as much point of sale as we can get increase value. Scarcity doesn't make value as much as support does however 42 coin is extremely expensive compared to Bitcoin because of scarcity.
Before everyone gets on me about how Bitcoin isn't secure on a phone. I based that on news stories I read on the internet. My opinion is if you want to loose Bitcoin just put it on a cell phone.

I have a question about blocks. Every once in a while. The system detects several blocks on the network. They come in rapid fire maybe 4-5 blocks. These are not taking a minute per block and the difficulty gets a little harder one each block. Is someone solving these blocks in a split second?

halving does not give the coin more value.. do you have any examples? Yes, I refer you to the economic law of supply and demand.

The law of supply and demand only applies if the demand increases at a faster rate than the rate at which the supply does -- i.e. the demand remains constant while the supply decreases, or the demand increases while the supply remains constant. The block halving does not constitute a decrease in supply but a decrease in the rate of increase of supply. That would matter if and only if the demand is increasing, which it is not. The demand is very little and almost negligible. If you want to raise the value of a coin, then create a need for it rather than citing economic laws that don't apply to the situation.

This is basically what you're saying, but paraphrased into one sentence. "Doubling the production cost of a certain good or service has no bearing on the price." In reality, when production costs go up, producers must either ask a higher price for their work, find a way to reduce costs or stop producing.

Coin is not dead. But I'd love to see more activity from the developer.
I'm mininig thor and I think that asic protected coins will increase in value soon (we just need to wait a bit until mass production of scrypt asics).
