As you wrote in your private message, you suspected someone of fraud - what actions from moderator did you expect in such a case? Mods don't moderate scams and misrepresentation. These are not their "direct duties".

12. No duplicate posting in multiple boards (except for re-posting it in the local language boards if it's translated).
As I understand correctly, this rule applies to messages and not to topics.

The administrator teymos considered the ban was
questionable, so the moderator could at least demand explanations from the user.
Also all the Worldcore-related stuff anyway can be placed in the main topic (which is not self-moderated by the by - that means, that your posts can't be removed there by anyone but moderator and yourself).
This would be the most democratic solution, but when the representative of the Worldcore company was driven into a dead end by tricky questions and critical reviews, he did not come up with anything better than creating new self-moderated topics.
