For now I no longer spend time on online gambling, only for a moment if I want to play gambling. But long before I stopped gambling, everyday I was filled with gambling from opening my eyes from sleep until I returned to bed to sleep. So I think people don't have a target of how much time each day is required to gamble, because gambling will happen when you want it and will stop if you have to stop for various reasons.

Dude that's a serious thing that from the time you wake up until you go to back to sleep, gambling is in your mind. But I'm glad that you are able to conquer and overcome that addiction. Stopping is the best remedy for this type of addiction and if you didn't came up with a solution you can even do worst than that. There's no exact time on how many hours we should gamble but too much is too much.

Good for you. Taking a break or stopping gambling can't be discouraged because, as you said there are various reasons behind it. For me, I don't keep a particular time or hours to gamble. I do it when i want to.

For me that stopping and leaving the gambling game is a choice. Look at the bad effects that can be caused. We will experience an extraordinary sense of addiction and that is a very bad thing for the life processes we have. So in my opinion this must be addressed immediately because don't let someone think that the gambling game is a routine. Gambling will only hinder the life we live !!!

Well at least you are now changing your mind but don't scared to gamble at least few times a week. It's not boring to gamble for few times and just return to the life that you've been living off. But if you are satisfied with the current set up you got, good luck to your new path.

Nobody should gamble for long time although online gambling is much easier than visit a casino and spend time there. Online gambling provides the facility to gamble from your home so that no need to go outside and waste lot of time. Once a month is fine as it is just for entertainment you are playing and not to make money from it. And also with this frequency you would not get addicted unless daily you start playing which could be disastrous for you.

Well, its good that you can limit the time you spend in gambling. For me, gambling is just for fun and its not an activity where one must use many hours in it. An hour a day is the best time I think or maybe 2 hours.

I do enjoy gambling, but I can't say that I am gambling for fun since I am also hoping that I can win some good amount to be used on gambling, well I call it a recycle profit. I also want to say that I am just gambling some of my faucet BTCs so it don't really hurt that much when I lose them.

I do not gamble today because I stopped. But at first gambling was my only source of income. I spend almost 5 hrs to 8 hrs on one day just to play gambling because based on my experience eventhough I lose the possibiloty of earning profits is definitely higher than the possibility of losing. I able to earn good there.

That's not real an answer why u just play 1 or 2 hours. I believe it's because you lose in your long run and you dont find a better strategy to not bust

it's a good self-control, you have time management in gambling so it doesn't make you addict, because if you can't control yourself while playing, of course you will abuse it and think that you can profit from gambling, you have to know that the longer you gamble then the bigger you lose, that's what often happens
