How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling?

No, I don't agree, it is like with every other addiction: some people are more prone to get addicted some don't. French people drink wine to dinner everyday and they don't get addicted (some of them don't at least).

So it is not the exposure, as you would like to have it, but it is rather personal predisposition.

The wine argument would be to mix your intake with a good meal, so overall the distribution of the alchol goes over a longer period of time along with your food digestion.   Common advice, always eat before you drink.
As far as gambling I'd say it could be more profitable to keep some kind of schedule or regular hours each day so you can come back fresh to it and with a good attitude.   Obviously gambling can be tough to handle the rollercoaster or wins and losses so seems best to handle it evenly not go OTT on the hours for one day and over do it.

I have never spent too much time gambling, because if I spend too much time I will definitely be addicted and lose a lot of my money. I don't know how long I gambled, but not more than 1 hour. Usually I do sports gambling and by playing some games at the casino. I do this in my free time like when I have a day off or work breaks.

This is the reason I don't want to spend much time in gambling. I can't control myself and there is a possibility that I will be addicted if I spend too much time gambling. I normally spend at most one hour in gambling and I play dice games sometimes. I'm gambling just to have fun and so that I will not be bored.

Better for you if you can control or just gamble for fun. This will help you to even enjoy your time in gambling as you would not be much concerned about even if you lose as you are not playing to make money from it. As people who have addicted are now facing tough time.

Even the people who are very concerned about addiction will get addicted of they are gambling for money not instant but their mind will gradually go in the way of gambling to make money other than hard working.So how many time is not matter in the gambling the intention of us to gamble will be the reason for getting addicted or not.

Better to stay away from this addiction as you might not even know how many hours people knowing or unknowingly spend in the gambling once they are addicted and also with the time even money they keep losing is very high which is dangerous.

I think you only take advantage of free time and are not very active, because I have been active in gambling that will gamble online every day and the worst thing can be all day I just sit at the computer to gamble online, but for now I have been much different and only if I want to gamble, I gamble and very rarely.

I'm not interested in gambling. So that I spend less than 1 hour on gambling because I think betting is not good, you can't win and high possibility loss all the asset. So that I think we should earn money by trading and bounty instead of playing gambling.

This is a nice thinking that even if you have money avoid gambling I would say so that you do not lose your money instead use the chat service to talk and make new friends, share the new things etc which could be beneficial to rest of them and you can use your knowledge to spread it to other parts of the world

CHat rooms will make the gamblers to play more on those sites but in the sport betting the time you spending maybe less but it will take time to predict the game and then bet on it so it may take a while as you said.But my games are like casino based games where the time is not much needed to play those games so I am spending very little hours on gambling sites to be honest.

It is not that bad to gamble, there are times that you forget earning money and just enjoy the whole activity. I know that not all of the people or gamblers can afford this ki dof leisure but gambling ia not really to be addicted with, it should bw enjoyed. Earning money in gambling is just an additional in it but the problem is that people focus more on earning the money instead of enjoying the games. That is the reason a lot of them are addicted and to it and told to be bad but I think they are just seeing the state of gamblers and portray what they can see to them.

It does not matter how many hour a person gamble a day. The thing which matter is how many times you win in gambling. Its better to spend one hour in gambling and win some amount, rather than wasting 10 hours and still losing the money.

I don't spend much time in gambling except the weekends where I am on holiday and go out with my friends talking about the weekend fixtures and reading local sport newspapers. I play some bets on weekends always when the major leagues are playing. Other than the weekends I don't spend much time gambling.

I spend only 2 hours in a day on gambling site. I also use gambling only for fun. I have no addiction with gambling. Because addiction can destory my all money. Gambling is only for fun. If you spend more time in gambling website then it is called waste time. We should not spend more time in gambling site. But there are so many people spend maximum time in gambling website.

Some people take gambling as a daily routine work. They also have addicted by gambling site. They invest all of their money in gambling site. Some people never passed a day without gambling. They can’t understand anything without gambling. But in my opinion we should take gambling only for fun and spend little time in gambling website.

It is still a good choice that you have to control yourself before you lose control of it. As of me, I am not sure of it how to control something once I get myself hold on to something and face the monitor. To be honest, I don't know how I played almost 10 hours in a traditional casino in the last couple of days. It started at around 6 - 7 pm and I went home at 4 am. Damn, it was like a cycle, I almost emptied by bankroll and when I was thinking of going home, I make a huge win in a slot got a few wins and then lost, won in a roulette and it keeps repeating until I say I'm done, and just lost a few bucks along the way. Well, 2hours of gambling is enough time to make your money gone.
Personally, I just stay in gambling site for a minute to an hour because I don’t want to spend more time on gambling site, I can stay longer in casinos but not on gambling site. Spending too much time on gambling is not healthy, and it can give you huge loss if you can’t control your emotion.
