Reasonable time for a common man,and you knows exactly what you need to do while gambling and why you were gambling if all the people tend to know why they need to gamble and understand about winning and losing in gambling then most of them will not lose their money and their future.

You understand the problems in gambling and understand that your chances of winning are very low while your chances of losing are very high but why do you keep playing gambling, why don't you look for other entertainment methods that make you feel more cheerful and comfortable than gambling. I spend less than an hour and I gamble only when I have free time(which happens every 2nd or 3rd day). I also don't deposit, I play with whatever I can get for free (implemented faucets, freebies) just for fun, I don't want to lose my money or get addicted. Best practice to lessen your stay and limits the amount of your allocated funds, each time you play you will forget about time that's why limiting the exact amount of money to spare will also adjust your time engagement, not unless you are so lucky that day and you think that you will keep on winning but if lucks will not back you up time spent will be much shorter.

Gamblers usually lost a lot of money because they are so irresponsible when it comes to their budget on their money when they are gambling. Whenever they win, their game became so long and unless they have no money, they will not stop gambling. If you have no control unto yourself, at least control the money you are using to gamble.

Playing gambling while we are at stress is one bad habits because we cant focus enjoying the game instead this will bring us more stressing everytime we choose a wrong bet .positivity is what we need to get atleast some good choice for betting and stress is not part of this

I think we should do gambling when we feel like doing so.  This is not a job that we follow certain times to gamble or even also there is no such thing that if we gamble in any part of the day, it will be more fruitful or lucky than other times. Try not to make it a habit beacuse at times you will not even realize that you would be addicted to it and then cannot stay without it . Better to do it like once in a fortnightly or occasionally, also hopefully you are gambling just for fun and not to make some serious money from it.

I only gamble with dice never tried the sports betting. Most of the time I only set a target to reach on betting for example, my target is 100k sats to win and maximum loss to take is 50k sats. It's a proper way of managing your time in gambling, you can make a lot of activities outside if you limit your time in gambling
The majority poll answer is 1 hour, that's enough for a day and you can even do that like 30 minutes if you are doing it on sports betting.

I understand that we do have a lot of gambling opportunity online, but would give better result if we focus only on limited type.
