I think that's what should matter most, the control and no matter how much you can afford, if you are not consistent and just go with the flow, you might get full of emotion and wouldn't be able to control totally of yourself. As a human being, I think being greedy is a natural thing and people may get ahead of themselves. That's why I would still choose control over anything when gambling.

I just do spend 2-3 hours a day in playing online gambling because that was just my empty hours and I am stressed out everyday due to the lots of work in office as well in home so entertaining myself through playing gambling is one of my stress reliever to manage my tireness from an all day work while lying on my comfy bed or couch just to have a comfortable position where I can rest while I am playing. Basically, I am playing into an online casino which I am currently into playing variety of their games just to keep myself entertained as well enjoying their welcome bonus for doing my first deposit.

With that span of time, I can already take a nap with that. Well, it is just normal because I have already tried playing gambling but not in an online manner in which games are really taking that long specially when the intensity is there and you are striving that hard to win. As you gamble longer, the less you can control yourself so I think an hour or two in gambling is ok for me. There are some times that I spend less than hour of half an hour because I don't gamble too much and I don't gamble in dice or casino. I'd usually gamble in sports like basketball only and I only use a small amount so that if I lose, there is no regret that I will feel.

Rather than setting limits on the time spend on gambling it is good to limit the spending upon the games. This will help you to stay active as well in a less time consuming way. Most importantly this will eliminate addiction from gambling. Maybe it isn't possible to implement instantly, but continued practice always provides good results.

Bet in limits and do cross a line as you might get too much addicted spending more than couple of hours a dangerous sign and also you might lose a lot of money if bet do not go your way. So try to just keep it once a week to avoid any problems in future.

And that is the right thing to do my friend, keep it up!. I'm trying to do the same thing with any game gambling or not and develop myself.

Because we have to work, study if we want more skills and improve, 1-2 hours daily to play and the sleep. Sometimes we can do other things, especially on weekends since normally work is not a thing sometimes for some people. I personally don't bother working weekends because of my current situation.

Most of us gamble with limitation, the poll shows that majority who voted are moderate gamblers, so for me that's good.

Gamble with an hour is enough for me, I usually gamble after work. While waiting in my wife preparing dinner I enjoyed my self in betting especially in dice feature. I do gamble but I do not necessarily dedicate time to it as I usually do that during my leisure time. With football matches, I simply place my bets and watch the results after the matches. This helps me by keeping me away from unnecessary panics.
