How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling?

I rarely spend time gambling nowadays since I need bitcoin for financial purposes. but I sued to play a lot
of gambling. back then I usually play poker, dice, or sportbet and spend a minimun of 3-5 hours playing.
I won't say that I lost a lot of money to gambling since I win for time to time specially in sportsbet.

I dont gamble every day, or even every other day for that matter but when i do i usually spend 5-8 hours in a session. put on some music in the background or a youtube vid and just casually bet with low stakes trying new strategies while chatting away in chat.
every now and again ill have a more serious session of about 2 hours or so with bigger stakes with the intention of making some profit.

Most of the weeks I spend only 1 hour to gamble. Only for certain events or competition (like wimbledon or other tennis competition) I can spend also 6 hour in a day (but it worth )

So far, 1 hour is the longest time I used to play on online gambling, and usually, I only play less than 10 rolls, and after that, I will leave the site no matter what is the result. But I don't play every day because that could attract me to be addicted to gambling.

If both of you able to maintain your style while gambling, I think something bad won't occur as long as you use only the spare money with those few rolls. It depends, I used to get into gambling when I feel lonely. Planned gambling happens with sports betting, but getting into casino happens most of the time where I was in need of extra money. What I do is truly wrong, but I spend what I have and when things happen away from my calculation the time spending keeps increasing along with the funds in the event of getting back the loss.

It's good that you know what you are doing, but bad if you cannot control that.
Increasing funds and time in gambling because you want to chase your loses, it's a bad idea, you might regret it sooner or later.

Yes, you are right. But for me, I don't mind if I only have a few minutes to playing gambling in my busy day, at least I can have a way to release the stress that I got from my jobs. Sometimes that will help me to get a new idea after I finish playing any gambling games. I think the curiosity will make gambler to stay for a long time, especially if they are curious about how to win those game.

I actually am not spending more than maybe a few minutes while playing the Stake's Telegram Challenge but not sure if I should consider it as gambling as there is no required bet amount lol

If you spend hardly any few minutes should not be a worry as you will not be spending huge hours in a week and if you send it just for entertainment you are all set to enjoy the game and not about the result that you may draw from gambling .

Although I'm promoting a gambling site I only do 1 to 2 hours 3 times a week in gambling sites, I do not have luck in gambling I always had a run of losses good thing I can control my urge to gamble, 1 to 2 hours is still healthy for the average person to spend in gambling sites.

you do it right, no need to spend all the time in gambling, it is not healthy point. Basically, if anyone spend a lot of time in playing gambling, then the charms and fun has been finished, and the time is starting to going to addicted. So better to play only few hour like 1 or 2 in a day, and in this wise, we can save ourself for big losses.

Yes, I strongly believe on this. The rate of time one spends on gambling determines how far he or she is addicted to it. Someone who see gambling as fun wouldn't spend much time on gambling but an addict is likely to spend much time and gamble on a daily basis.

Everything which you do engage on for a prolong number of hours on daily basis until it do becomes a habit then it would really be hard for you to break the chain or completely
leave it yet you your body and mind will surely look for it in the end of the day that's why self moderation in all sorts of things specially with gambling is a must.

Too much small bets does not make sense to me at all because your only wasting your time and you cant earn sufficient income  . when i play i bet half or full of my balance so that i can earn or loose instantly  .

For some, that time is already a long time but there is a lot of gamblers out there that that time is not even enough to play. I am talking about the lovers of gambling, I can say lovers or maybe addicted to it. I think it is like gamers, 3-5 hours is not enough for them for grinding and finishing games, their normal game time is like 8-10 hours a day.

I only spend 1-2 hours but I know someone who spend more time in gambling, like all day long and I think the reason he feel boring at house or he feel so sad and stress if he stay at home that nothing to do so, that he decided to play gambling a lot because its make him feel happy and enjoy, he feel that he has no problem in life if he's playing gambling he is still happy even he lose or win.
