It seems u didn't follow the thread firmly. 
Actually, the dev is working for looking for some applications such as gambling game, although a bit slowly.
The community is also working towards to push the coin to bigger exchanges.
Now we can say we are very close to Mintpal market.

I would like to advice the devs to outsource some of the work (website, social media, press) etc.
A coin needs the support of a broad community with diverse skills. FAC has this community - just look at the number of votes at mintpal.

Delete peers.dat file and start your wallet again, that may help. My wallet is up to date without .conf file.

Backup your wallet.dat, download fresh wallet then install and see, only way to go i think. Our wallet running ok without a problem.

I just wanted to say congrats to all of you. This is a great community and a lot of you are greatly involve.

I have to say... who cares if we are not on MintPal NOW or if we get "beaten" by some crazy people willing to put 5.5 BTC+ on that. I think they are fools! It is not in any way a sign of success that the coin gets listed QUICKLY.

Rather, we are moving at a really nice pace and considering the ups and downs we faced in the last couple of weeks, I think this shows us that this coin has a bright future.

Even if it takes 1 or 2 more weeks to get listed on mintpal (or another major exchange) we WILL GET THERE 100% sure.  No need to pay for that.  Instead, let's focus on side projects that will give usability and value to the coin (like finding merchants, promos, marketing, games, etc.)

Supply and demands my friends --- look it up if you don't understand it.

There will always be "whales" or what not that want to enter and exit any given market, so what!?!? The more people use the coin, the less of a problem that is.  Don't forget that this coin is only a couple of weeks old so give it time to find it's place on the market. Meanwhile let's promote the shit out of it and make it easy for people/merchants to use it AND exchange it.

I think the voting on Mintpal is a good thing to do, but unlike many here that I read about, I am ok if it takes a few more days/weeks as I think that is a great opportunity to let people/dev/us come up with nice applications for the coin.
