For anyone with Zemana installed, go to copy a receiving address in the QT and it Zemana will give you the warning.
Has this been tried when doing the same thing with other coin wallets? I tried the same thing with Litecoin and Bitcoin wallet and Zemana immediately grants them access with no warning or risk. When you do it with Faircoin you get a high risk warning and the option to block. On a side note, has anyone actually received any coins yet? |

I ran AntiKeylogger and copied receive address from wallet with no warnings. I downloaded my wallet from the link on their web page http://www.fair-coin.info/#/download. ~V |

same here, no warning from same keylogger when copying address from faircoin-qt (official site link), think there is diff sources out there. Scanning PC just in case... |

Same product you have installed and it's finding nothing on my computer, even with the qt running. Where was your source? From the Fair-coin homepage? Or?? I download wallet from official site. |

I tried it with another lesser known coin and I got a "clipboard logger" warning when copying the address to the clipboard which seems like it makes sense, but this coin give me a screenlogger warning not a clipboard logger.
This may be a false positive.

Everyone download from Official website only. I have scanned it through avast, Comodo and malwarebytes and no warning found.

I have the wallet installed in a (Windows Vista) virtual machine that only has this wallet, Avast! anti-virus, Malwarebytes with the pro trial in effect and now that Zemana keylogger protection installed. I have received no anti-virus/keylogger/malware warning, even after generating a couple of extra addresses and trying the clipboard copy thing. I got my copy from fair-coin.info's Mega.co.nz link.
You don't know me from Adam, but I don't see the proper wallet being the source of any infection.

about virustotal: if you submit a file and get 2/50 it means that 2 of 50 A/Vs used to scan the file report a match w/malware, which to most will indicate a false positive, since 48/50 find it clean.
