I  don't think there is anything unique about Blackcoin - it's a Bitclone with PoS (old mechanism) and poor distribution (top 100 wallets control more than 53%.  Wallets =/= unique people) and some rhetorical improvements ("faster than Bitcoin, blah blah")

It's currently the pump and dump.  Looking back 90 days the PnD used to be mintcoin and vertcoin.

When i posted one hour before it was at 37k now 55k
When i posted the first time in this thread it was at 8000 satoshi
When i bought my first BC it was at 1250 satoshi
So you can talk if u want i buy buy buy!!!

And i will quote myself at 100 000! BLAAACKKK COIIINNNNNNNNNN

I will quote you!!!!!!

17800 atm!

PS: sorry couldn't resist after the big letters

Hey it was almost ! 94 000!
But it's not over!

I was just needling! Saw that it took a significant hit. What happend?

It was a pump and dump based on news of multipool.  90 days ago the pump of the month was Mint and Vert.

BC was a bitclone with faster transactions, pos and novelty products - maybe better than BTC but not much different from the 200+ Bitclones.

IMHO, I would stick to generation 2.0 coins

The Wolong pump
Then will pump Zet soon

NXT, there are exciting weeks in front of use. So many great features are already in the pipeline.

Hated next. Buggy wallets and a horrible distribution method that only pays the initial angel investors. Total pass. Their rabid fanbois buzzing all over preaching the gospel are a turn off as well...but maybe it's just me.

k.

*I* hated *MY* experience with next. Worst wallet experience I've had with any coin to date. Total buzzkill. Did I mention the totally unfair distribution model that only pays off early adopters? Pays them handsomely too with that STOOPID 1nxt min transaction fee.

pure. money. grab.

Easy pass.

Yes this was far from perfect but this coin opened interesting discussion for 2nd gen coins, maybe Nem will do it all better way. We will see quite soon.

- new allet works awesome, and looks pretty nice. worth a 2nd view
- 1NXT min transaction will be gone very soon
- dacs is coming pretty soon
- distribution was very good for the first ones (obv not for me), but that is same like most coins. Worst with BTC.

So people that are getting into next now without dumping 100BTC into it can actually get a share of the transaction fee pie? Kinda doubt it. If I wanted a rigged system that only rewards those on the top I'd stick with fiat. Nothing I can do about btc distribution at this point as it's the center of the crypto universe, but I can easily avoid poorly distributed alt coins. For me at least next is definitely one of these.

...and why was there ever a silly high manditory 1 nxt transaction fee? Someone coded it that way, I wonder if they also benefit from it?

Pass. There's plenty of variety in the alt coin scene. Next will go down in flames imo.

I have actually. Even in this very thread. There are some of my faves in my sig as well. In addition to Tek, Phs, Hbn, & Zeit, I like Mint, ECCoin, FLT, & BCX. I don't like momentum gambles on pump and dump coins, I like nice steady appreciation.

That is some hipocrite suggestion right there.

Few answers ago you said you hate it, that the richest get richer even more. Then you suggest coin that have POS with intrest. Which is essentially FIAT intrest without lending. How is this better than the 0.01% ROI that NXT has with forging for transactions fees. In this scenario, the rich DOESN't get richer...

If you'd like to can the insult and try again in a civilized manner I'd be more than happy to address your comment. Should give you plenty of time to brush up on your spelling as well.

I do not want to say to anyone what to do with his money, but

Bter soon will start Coin2.0 trading after Coin2 was converted into Coin2.0

C2.0 is PoS.

Price of C2 PoW was 200-800 satoshi.

Bittrex.com and Nxt-e and Poloniex (NC2) already trade C2.0

price is 600-1000satoshi (Coin2.0 is 1day old)

There is huge chance to get some +50% in a short time.

But.

Nobody knows Wink

PoS is hot right now and a strong community is an important factor in the succes of an alt coin.
Therefore I would say Communitycoin. The thread is growing like crazy, fully PoS and an active community.

Thats pretty obvious. You cant discuss innovation with a miner. There is no innovation in your coins. Simple pump and dump coins with multipools or low difficulty. None of them is worth to spend just one buck, unless you need to keep your mining equipment running.
Sorry but thats exactly what pushes me further to NXT.

Blackcoin seems to be a fun ride, also fluttercoin. this new hype over POS will soon pass, but it's a good way to quickly gain some funds.
