Half-time humour c/o FB....

(and good advice for all the 'bleaters' Wink )

Quote
There once was a happy little fly buzzing around a barn, when she came upon a large pile of fresh cow manure. Since it had been hours since her last meal and she was feeling hunger pangs, she flew down to the irresistible delicacy and began to munch out.
She ate ..... and ate ... and then ... she ate some more!
Finally, she decided she'd had plenty. She washed her face with her tiny front legs, belched a few times, then attempted to fly away.
But alas ....she had pigged out far too much and could not get off the ground.
She looked around wondering what to do about this unpleasant situation when she spotted a pitchfork leaning upright against the barn wall.
She'd found a solution! She realized that if she could just become airborne she'd be able to fly again.

So, she painstakingly, climbed to the top of the handle. Once there, she took a deep breath, spread her tiny fly wings, and leaped confidently into the air. She dropped like a rock and splattered all over the floor...

Dead fly...

The moral of this sad story?

Never fly off the handle when you know you're full of shit!

And here you can see an orphaned PoS block that got re-staked half an hour later.
Can take quite a while. Smiley

It won't be comming back soon so better buy yourself some more while it's still cheap.
It will make up for the loss in the long run.

Here's a handy tool for working out where to buy...

http://www.cryptonator.com/

An online, index-linked conversion tool for about 200 cryptos - including ZEIT Grin

For example, right now 2 sats = 72 lit, 3 sats = 109 lit  -  so where should we be buying?

Rush stole your Zeit. And mine.

Rush didn't steal anyone's coins, their stupid coding with the wallets meant some people had more coins than they had deposited and they did what people do and withdrew them all. By the time they realised, they were massively in debt so they pulled the plug and blamed the Zeit dev [ZEITCOIN]. It's the exact same thing they have since done with Black Coin. It's what is known as a "Charlie Foxtrot" or Cluster Fuck.

HOWEVER, since coming clean about the BC debacle, they have since admitted their responsibility for the Zeit loss and have said they WILL reimburse. Check their Twitter

Iv been thinking (brace yourselves), and I think we need to try the TZM angle again! because thats one way we can attract some serious investment for this coin! if they start investing and starting seeing if they have businesses that they can get to accept the coin etc then we will start to get somewhere! I really think we should start reaching out to them again

Seems interesting!

Can you say anything about it's security?
Is it very safe to use?

This is a great topic to have in the new forum. I was thinking the same.
There are many in TZM threads that agree with crypto but hardly know enough to get into it or support it.
That's untapped potential, and if integrated correctly, this could take off faster than we know it.
It's one of the many things we can put our heads together on in our own space, I'm done with bitcointalk.
Presenting a better explanation of cryptocurrency and this communities intentions will surely attract more from all around.
They'll see that the TZM movement has fallen short of action and crypto can take steps to making that dream a reality.

But of course we still need to prove ourselves, and the sooner the better I say.
Don't know how much longer this game will go on before governments/banks start to work their tentacles into the equation, which I see happening more and more everyday.
I see other coins/communities taking steps that will ultimately lead them right back into the hands of corporations/banks/govs.
They're willingly inviting the very filth that got us to where we are currently, just for personal gain.
Is this what this community is about? Hope not.

I think we need more activists, thinkers, revolutionary thoughts, and less coin collectors/speculators.
There are some here don't care about TZM or helping anyone but themselves.
They still think money is their salvation.
But they too may just need the veil lifted from their eyes.

I still admire the saying "Crypto was created to free the people and unite the world", because that's what it can be.

So I suggest to write down all your great thoughts/ideas and bring them to our round table Zeitcoin discussions heh.
Because here, you may get a few responses, but in our own forum, we could hash out details on projects for hours without being interrupted by "cryptorush stole me zeit Sad" lol.

I hear many talking about 'the end of PoS' but as I understand it, it does not end it just gets less rewarding (in terms of Zeit/Block).

As I've said many times, my belief is, for this coin to 'succeed', it's price MUST rise so that it's still (roughly) as profitable in terms of Fiat/hashpower as any other coin. Maybe a little less (15%?) so it's less attractive to the inevitable 'invasion of the ASICS' which is already starting.

WHAT I'D LIKE is a definitive statement about this by the Devs.

Forum will be there soon, just hope it's designed to have a private place for strategy & tactics to be discussed away from those who do not truly share the vision.

I just got a payout from a purchase 20+ days ago

I bought 2,638,157, and transferred it to my wallet immediately.

My payout today was 36,326

However, I expected 527,631 (assuming 20%)

BUT --- I am confused, because it came through as MINING  ... yet I am not mining, I just have my wallet open.

Anyway, what POS am I due from 2,638,157 (2.6 million)?
