So, Question for you all smart people.   Am I seeing an issue here with my minting process?  about a month ago I transferred all my coins to Mintpal, did some trades and then brought them all back...now those coins have been sitting there not doing much of anything, I did xfer out about 5mil coins but the remaining 31mil have not moved and really have not minted either....did the coin age reset when I did the 5 mil transfer?

The way to move some coins without resetting age on the oldest coins is by using coin control.

So how does the POS work. Ive kept the coins in my wallet and Ive not seen any interest yet. How often is it calculated?

Coins mature in 20 days. After that they have a chance to stake. Large blocks of coins tend to stake the first day they're eligible, smaller blocks within a few days of eligibility.

Everybody seems to want to bargain shop. Most of the sellers won't sell lower and most of the buyers are waiting for it to drop further.

I have to say the last 7 days, i'm unable to mint any coins due to the slowness of the wallet. Any news about the new wallet? (I've tried the unofficial with only coin control, but it didn't help). I saw on github more changes, so hopefully it solves my issue. But for that I like to wait until the wallet if official.

What do you mean "slowness"? I'm minting just fine on the unofficial wallet.

I believe this is a problem specific to your config. I've never had either the official or unofficial wallets hang.

I don't use a zeitcoin.conf anymore, but before when I had a zeitcoin.conf I had the same issues. I removed the conf because of most nodes were obsolete.
Maybe I need to rebuild the wallet again. Because of the message on the zeitcoin forum, I thought it was a general issue.
Maybe it's because my wallet runs on the crappy windows 8 :-p, but on other wallets I never had that problem.

Hey guys! Mywl.lt is proud to be offering you guys the chance to have Zeitcoin added to your community.

What is Mywl.lt?

Mywl.lt has been the official, secure online wallet for Digitalcoin, Argentum, and Securecoin for the past 6 months. 0 security issues and 100% up-time have made us stand out from the crowd.

Other web wallets offer similar services, but don't be fooled into depositing your coins to a site that can't be trusted!

We require 2 Factor Authentication for all logins, and email confirmation to create an account. This means that you can still remain anonymous, but have a wonderfully secure online wallet where you can have access to your coins from anywhere you have internet!

You can see our security explanation here: Mywl.lt/security

Want to send coins to a friend? With Mywl.lt you can send funds to any other user using just their account name!

Each users account gets 5 votes every 12 hours, and guests can vote once every 12 hours. Alternatively you can buy votes by donating at a rate of 0.0002 BTC per vote.

So come on over to Mywl.lt/voting and vote for Zeitcoin today!

Less than 3 days till the first coin is chosen!

Yeah of course everyone can say whatever, I just would have worded it differently so not to emit a false vibe from the community.
Haven't had any reason to post here lately, but I still monitor it. Since most here affiliate you with the Zeitcoin "core" members, they may interpret your response as an official one.
