The purpose of releasing tokens is to make it circulate in the market.Giving cash istead of tokens will not help their objective.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

it is possible but ICOs needs cash to develop their project. tokens are the symbol of the ICO so to make the project work the tokens should circulate in replacement of the fiat.

MenaPay - Crypto made easier than cash

That is the whole purpose of cryptocurrency. It is decentralized and the payment is being processed in the blockchain. It made our lives easier in terms of money transferring in any part of the world and the value increases or decreases depending on the traders approach to that altcoin. I can say that token payments are more valuable than fiat cash because of value appreciation.

I think its not possible because the money they are collecting is for funding the development of the project and not included the bounties its also a wise move from the developers because if they did not succeed in ICO and the payment is in cash then its a big misfortune while if token theres no problem with them the bounty participants are always loser we have no choice.

in my opinion, bounties that are paid in cash means not crypto, because as far as I know crypto is related to digital, altcoin and tokens of ICO companies, because the bounty that was held was the promotion of their projects to support their success and interest in investing in the ICO, for me, if I am paid with coins, of course if I hold it, sell it until the highest price will definitely give when it is sold.

not impossible, but dev need to improve quality of their token, yeah maybe in early they can get some trouble because after the bounty hunter get their payment the price will be dump.Bounty hunters who make tokens are a little famous for buying and selling in exchange, while their investors tend to wait when they get their tokens, or buy them back when the price is down because of mass sales.

Sometimes i use to ask why is it not possible to be paid bounty money in cash why is it alway's that is only paid in token anybody that can explain more please?

It is possible to be payed in cash but i don't think many projects do that. Giving you their token is like giving you the product they are working on.

At best, you can get rewarded with bitcoin or Ethereum, but not with cash! Work in the cryptocurrency world is paid by cryptocurrency. I think this is logical. Wink

The reason most of the project pays you in their token is that so they shouldn't spend more money to pay for advertisement because they created the token for free instead of paying from their own pocket and that the participant will bring more volume later because they have to trade the token for something else.

If they pay in cash, they are unable to proceed with ICO successfully, it is hard for them to pay in cash as tokens have value decided by them, and they do not know how the tokens perform, whereas cash or fiat money does not fluctuate at all.

I don't think that will happen, because the prize hunters are from various countries. And the prize is intended to market ICO. So to pay the bounty in the form of tokens is the best way.

Now there are bounty programs that are ready to pay 50% of the reward in Ethereum coin. This can be considered cash! You can immediately withdraw without wasting time waiting for the coins to be released on the exchange!

No one will pay cash in the ICO generosity campaigns. Even if the ICO teams want to do this, it's rather difficult to do technically. To the generosity campaign ICO is joined from different countries of the world. Each country has its own non-cash cards and it is very difficult to pay all non-cash money. In addition, it will not be in the interest of the ICO team.
The most advantageous for the ICO team after all is the payment of tokens. This is practically their additional spread. The ICO team does not incur any real expenses.
An intermediate option is payment in ethereum or bitcoin. This is not very good for the ICO team, because it is necessary to pay for the collected funds during the ICO real means. Sometimes the ICO teams go for it, because it's not that much of a relatively large amount, nor does the price of the token fall so much when transferring to the stock exchange.

It’s not profitable  to pay by cash for them . For myself, I prefer the projects where I can be paid by ETH and BTC, but those are not many.

All of the campaigns that I participate in are paid by Token, giving you the opportunity to earn more money when entering the transaction. If the project develops well you will earn a bargain. It is worth the effort you put out. I think you need money and we need a token. For ICOs when they pay their tokens, the hunters themselves will be their investors when they enter the electronic trading platform, which will help the project grow.

i don't think it would be possible to pay bounty with cast because there are so many people from different parts of the world participating in bounty campaigns. And all these people make use of different Fiat currencies. So it would be so difficult for bounty managers to start paying with fiat

It would be very much possible for bounty hunters to get paid in cash rather than in tokens, but wouldn't this defeat the purpose for which the bounty campaign for don in the first place? The distribution of these tokens are also a way of promoting these ICOs, and by choosing to pay in cash instead will not be in their favor, and that's a little selfish if you ask me. So let's stick with getting our rewards in tokens as it has always been.

Paying in cash is not possible but I would suggest if bounty managers can be the bounty hunters in ETH of BTC rather than paying them in tokens.

Paying cash means that the developer must sell more tokens, it doesn't matter if the entire token supply can be sold, but if only partially sold, they will choose to use cash to develop their projects and pay bounty hunters with tokens
