I don't think that it is possible to replace token for cash, for sure that developers won't let that to happen, that is why we should not expect this thing to happen, for sure that the developer of each project won't allow this thing.

It seems to me that you, like the leaders of the ICO, will be very happy to get rid of the candy wrappers from the drawers, rather than from real money.

Sometimes i use to ask why is it not possible to be paid bounty money in cash why is it alway's that is only paid in token anybody that can explain more please?
The funds been raised during the ICO is meant for the project development and running of the project related activities, So it will hard for the bounty companies to use the money been raised from the public to pay bounty hunters, hence it is always safe and easy for them to use their tokens to pay the hunters, though most strong projects pay bounty hunters with eth.

Why? Because tokens are currency deal with it. Exchange, sell, invest, is that hard to sell bitcoin?

It is very possible to pay bounties' hunters in cash and not tokens as most of us cannot really get values of our earnings through bounties when there paid in tokens. However, many projects will see that too expensive to do.

It is not possible to be paid in cash than to be paid in ETH because many projects solicit for fund raising to continue their project, why would they distribute what suppose to be their capital?

And what's wrong with receiving rewards in the project tokens that you support? When I invest in a project, I want the tokens of this project to grow in price and I made a profit. And you?

The reason for paying bounties through Crypto is because they initially don't have the fund to promote and they require the support of established members to promote them and also it helps them to gain more visibility in the crypto-space ensuring more investors.

There are different types of bounties including some paid in btc/eth. I took part in alpha.eventum bounty campaign (sort of alpha testing) that paid as a combination of ethereum and their own token. It's been about three fourths of a bounty paid in their token, and the rest in ethereum. A great campaign, you may still check it out, it continues soon I believe.

The project converts the raised btc or eth to cash anyways so I think they can with the funds raised however it will be too cumbersome. The easier way is to distribute their own tokens. Some projects do pay in btc though.

Nothing is impossible! But companies never do this, because bounty are there best way to promote ICO and for promoting they gave free rewards. Companies never like to do that, if this happen then people interests in ICO's decreases. And if ICO investors are decreasing, then crypto world meets to end!

Paying for bounty in cash as good as it sounds would be possible as soon as practicable but the truth is that it will be hard to transfer fund across borders in the face of high transfer fee and some strict monetary policy rather it is much better paying for bounty in bitcoin or ETH

It is not really complex, but there are a few reasons for that, first of all paying with BTC, ETH or another coin like that requires funds and if the devs had those kind of funds they will probably create their project without going through an ico, second by giving coins instead of BTC or ETH this distributes their coins to many people increasing the potential use of the coins in the future and finally they can pay a lot more publicity with their tokens than what they could pay if they paid BTC or ETH.

In actuality it will depend on the bounty that you will join as I have seen there are bounties that pay Bitcoin even if the bounty itself is for a different altcoin or ICO. Also if the developers pay the bounties in cash they would need to pay a lot to outsource and send the money to the participants so it will be a much hassle and costly process than giving the people that joined the ICO bounty their token with an already set value once they reached a certain cap. The only catch is that the prices of the coins will not be the same as its starting price.

Most projects don't have the fund to start with, that's why they end up paying in token, some actually pay in btc or Eth. But try and cross check the bounty manager integrity.

The team will never do that as it would be cost prohibitive. Its better to use grunts like us then if they have a failure they didn't lose that cash. Now they can try again. It's the beauty of the Bounty/Airdrop situation. Its genius. Sometimes we win and sometimes we loose.

As if? Course you won't be possible to be paid cash rather than tokens from the bounties because they're not stupid. And no bounty will do that.

Since you are helping to develop a project in the bounty program of which you are participating, you will not be paid a fee in a fiat currency.

Sometimes ICOs do offer a fraction of their funding as the bounty reward, I believe I saw Plentix or another project offering something like 5% of all funds raised during the ICO as the bounty to be distributed. However, most offer tokens as it's a free way to generate mass advertising, and yet still rewards the participants.

I guess there is no paying for the ICO bounty hunter with cash. Sure they give you a token and the bounty hunter recently exchanging them with other coins such as the ETH. From there the new bounty hunter sold it in the Exchange and melt the coins into cash.
