Won't it be possible to be paid for bounty in cash instead of token

Sometimes i use to ask why is it not possible to be paid bounty money in cash why is it alway's that is only paid in token anybody that can explain more please?

Its possible but I don't think a team will  do it, they are trying to raise funds. If they  have the cash there wouldn't have the need for ICO to gather for the development of the project.. They'd rather be distributing ETH or BTC than a cash. But they prefer to give out the tokens they are selling for the investors. I prefer the tokens too because if the team develops well, the more money  you got if the project end up successful.

Because when paying with tokens they are basically paying out bounties with free money. Paying with cash will also add bigger fees to transfer the payments.

It is possible but companies will not do this because bounty campaign is to promote the project and collect money during ICO.

So they will never pay with cash.

why cash? its crypto world my dear friend, bounty its look exclusive to me when they pay with BTC or ETH, but with token when its more than 2 percent from token sale is really good.

I hope that day will come and we will see 95% of bounties and ICO are gone and what will remain is a real project with a real plan behind them, people always think that if a project has a team behind it then it is legit, which is not necessarily true, most of the project you are seeing now is just a bunch of people have an idea and without any plan or even a logic thinking whether this idea can come to live or not they just decide to raise money and give a roadmap they themselves have no idea if this roadmap can come true or not, they just focusing on raising money then they will start to think it threw afterwards.

Imagen you can raise a lot of money, promote, marketing and advertise your own idea, all this for free with just paying few dollars to make an Ethereum contract and if you fail to raise the money for your idea it is not a problem because you basically did not risk paying for anything to try you luck.

It happens very rarely that pay in eth, but it turns out very little. And it is not profitable to pay money for such work. If they did not collect the soft cap, then they stay in the red, which is not profitable for them. And in the tokens it is more interesting, suddenly the shots of the token and in the fiat just pay for the work.

more importantly…. to encourage people to know more about the project. when you get paid with tokens you'll automatically dig some more  informations about how the project going , when exactly the exchange listing ( this is the most popular ) etc. i just can see when people get paid in cash , they will just come and go .

there are some bounties that pay participants with $ but that only applies to accounts that have rank SR MEMBER-LEGENDARY  (so only a few participants) they don't need a lot of fees but if all participants are paid using $ then the funds collected when ico will run out and no funds under development. paying participants using tokens does not require much cost

I totally agree with you, I started in the past years with signature campaigns in BTC but now I like way more to help market new projects and hold many of the tokens I received. I also like to follow those projects after a while and check that I didn't help some scammers get free money.

The real intention of bounty campaign are not just the advertising but also community building and raising awareness about it.
When you join a bounty, you automatically starts following its news, events and price. You'd know about its working principle and are highly likely to recommend it when the specific genre of crypto are in question.

It is possible but they will not do for sure. Actually bounty projects are being used to promote the project without big funds involved that is the reason we are getting the payment in tokens here and there.
Some of the projects are come up with the btc payment and those kind of the projects usually getting successful in the market for sure.
None of the campaigns are not giving the payment in dollars or other fiat cash so far since looking the anonymous as the factor.

Paying with tokens is free money, as already mentioned. It doesn't cost anything to the team, also most of them are worthless...

One more important thing is that payment in cash is complicated for privacy and tax reasons.
How would a Chinese company pay people in England, USA , Japan, Russia,etc?
They would pay a lot of money in taxes and convertions.

BTC is the most appropriate currency for this kind of transaction, as it is cheap and faster than a SWIFT.

It is possible but it will be very difficult for the companies, because they already raise funds by ICO for the development of the project. If they have lot of fiat money then what is the need of Bounty campaigns. Tokens are free money offered by the team. Bounty hunters also prefer tokens as tokens after ICO’s can raise you more money sometimes after ICO than fiat cash.

Well ofcourse they pay with their own token so that many people will have their token holding in their wallet. Also by sending tokens to bounty hunters might increase its volume in exchange sites, thus own token being paid not btc or eth.
