If you are a person who personally observes the projects you should know that most of 'expert' rates (5-5-5) cost just some money. No-one of them read even WP. So I don't believe any ICO rating sites. Maybe 70,000,000 chips per 1 KGT + 7.186 million bonus chips = 77 000 000 which are stated in WP.
While the whole scheme is not so simple, the overall size of chips so huge that +7M or - 7M does not so important.
