Dontexpect ETF, It will never be accepted and will always be delayed. This market needs a long time to adjust so in 2018 there will be no growth and if lucky we can see green in mid 2019

If we all knew this we would be rich. I think we still have time to fall and capitulate. We will not rise any time soon. The ETF will be rejected and we will plummet again to further lows.
