This year is already coming to an end, so don’t you think there is going to be an increase in the price of bitcoin ? And altcoins as well? Someone once told me last month that bitcoin price is already at its lowest and that if it does go down more, it will only drop down to five thousand dollars and from there it will pump, so same thing for other cryptos , but I can’t tell what will happen exactly and what lowest price they will drop.

No one can tell you where the lowest price will be but there seems consensus that we are bottomed out. What you can do to get a better estimate of the situation, just look at historic levels and timelines.

Call not to sell in a panic? As for panic, I agree, but to sell and buy back the position is cheaper, this is a healthy step. Dump is a tool to remove from a position. Be smarter of them !

This is different for every person because every one has his own need and mindset for a particular situation. Some one can wait till the market up and other one can not due to their personal problems etc. So it is totally depend on you what you want to do now because you are the best judge for your current situation.
