If you really feel afraid that you will lose more, you should immediately make a decision to cut losses, but I see, everything is still fine, and in my opinion, this is normal. Losing more can be the reasons of lots of panic feelings, and if you're not able to move on you tend to loss your funds. Some traders could get 30% of their holdings and that's really disappointing. No one could advise a person who has his own virtue towards trading, but for my opinion on then they're totally wrong. Surprisingly, the price of the stellar remains quite stable despite the current state of the market. I wait when the price of this coin falls and I can buy it, but it still does not fall.

Panicking is not a good way to treat your loses. Wait for the price to bounce back, and it can happen this year or even next year. You have nothing to worry about as long as you are holding that giant coins. You might probably see a loss on your portfolio but it still not an actual loss, don't sold it. Yeah the market is very depressing to watch and trade right now. The flash dump seems to happen within some hours (midnight time in my country). I woke up to see ethereum below $300 and btc below $6500 and many altcoins bleeding. If you bought higher, you just have to be patient or better average down if you have more capital

This is the deepest dump I ever seen for ethereum while BTC is at 5k $ mark. I think in an matter of time it will recover soon. Let's just hope that it won't continue to fall so that we as later buyers will benefit the recovery.

I agree, the recover of the market could take some time, maybe by the end of the year we could see some progress, a lot of people say that bitcoin will rocket to 20K and that could be a start.
