If your alts are falling down don't blame it to bitcoin. You know bitcoin dominated the market for so many years and it will continue to dominate. If you aren't satisfied anymore, get out of the market or buy bitcoin.

I don't understand what you mean by manipulators eroding trust in Bitcoin. It's true that this year has not been particularly good for not only bitcoin but the entire crypto market but I don't want to subscribe to the theory that it's been market manipulators. The year has been full of bad news to start with, although am not completely ruling out the place of manipulators but I think their role here is being exaggerated.

Do you realize that the market manipulators are the same ones that pushed the alts to insane levels just a year ago? You cannot hate them now that things are not going according to your plan since you were very happy when you were earning money, you either love the speculation and the manipulation or you prefer to hold your coins and avoid risks, and it seems that you have chosen to invest in the same way that the manipulators of the market have done in the past and now you find yourself in the wrong side of the market and are losing money, accept it and move on.

Many large investors have already crashed the entire market and we will not survive another similar fall. So I think speculative actions will stop and everything will be aimed at changing the current situation to attract new investors and further development.

This is a game that only those who has strategy will gonna win and if you lose your patience you will lose your money on those manipulators. Maybe this is there strategy to clean-up the crypto market with those panic investors before they let the bull run starts. Just be patient as we have still chance to see a bull run for this year.

Volatility is far from over, for those who can not handle it, it's best to get out of the market. Speculation and manipulation is absurd, only with the passage of time and more investors coming in will it be possible to have less volatility, the market is new and still needs to mature. Holding the tokens and not getting down with the changes in the quote is a real art.

Don't panic. It's an unregulated market, and a lot of volumes are thin. Price volatility is a natural consequence. Prices will go up again, and drop again, and go up again.
If you don't like trading, then just hold and forget about current prices, as they will recover (for good alts at least).

Yes some people have been scared off but one thing is for sure when it starts going up and we see a stable green and FOMO kicks  all the people that were scared off will dive in again to try and get earnings from the crypto rush wait and see

Well, this is an angry thinking from you (OP) , keep calm  and believe me, if you will sell your budget of cryptocurrencies  in the near future, then I am pretty sure that you will regret especially after 6 months  or more because the market will back to the rise in fast way. It is unfortunate that the whales are who manipulate the whole market and also the  attacks of governments through some bad decisions ( like a widespread
 ban of crypto in many countries ) all of this led to big drop. But despite these problems , I think this decline is temporary and Bitcoin will certainly back better than Before. Just be patient, Do no rush.

Sell at loss because that exactly is what they  want. The don't care about trust what they  care is to accumulate so if you sell today make sure you  won't regret that you  buy that money  for something worth  than  having the coins you  have. I have about more than  100K USD that was suppose to be dumped but I was hopeful  to get more so I hold. Now its value can't even buy  a second hand car. That was terrible decision but I guess I should have it ready  in  the exchange if I was  to  dump it.
