Although more coin are getting compete with bitcoin but they still need some time and effort to do it !

Is it for the current market or the 2017 market for bitcoin? As we all know that 2017 was the largest fiat value for bitcoin and does  not seem too good if you will going to generalize the market with the 2017 records since you stipulated about it in your thread. Anyway i do believe on it also since it could be clearly seen through its current market price wherein bitcoin is the most expensive crypto for now.

Dominance is sitting at a nice 53.7% right now, still very low, anything but lower than 70% is ridiculous. 80% is the normal if we consider Pareto law's distribution and we are still far from it which points to many shitcoins to continue going very low in the following months as BTC rises.

With BCash about to blow up downwards due the civil wars I expect a lot of people selling their BCH bags and going back to Bitcoin, including Jihan.

It will acquire more of the market in the coming time period.The users of bitcoin are increasing day by day even after the fall in price because people have faith in it as it has made many people rich.Bitcoin  dominance had also increased in the market over the years.It is the topmost cryptocurrency and is the most expensive and valuable one.In 2017 it has almost touched $20,000 and had created a record and people are also expecting the same this year as it has the potential to create new records.

the bitcoin dominance has again increased, it once fell to about 38 percentage as a result of the increase in price of other altcoins but then the dip in the market has left other coins dropping in price and again giving the bitcoin the high increase in the dominance it currently enjoys

Well for me there is no really a debate or arguing to know which is the strongest cryptocurrency or coin in the cryptocurrency market or digital market. Bitcoin is still the king. Fear of people in bear phase also force them to take safe and  strong shelter.  Whenever there is bull phase the leaders will mover up with higher percentage.  During bear phase when prices go down then price of bitcoin or strong investment will go down will lesser speed as compared to other alt coins.
People start selling alt coins or they find no buyers while down markets.   After selling alt coins during bear phase they invest in bitcoin.

In my opinion this is not ideal, it will make crypto's future difficult, when the dominance of bitcoin gets stronger, it will make many coins die, this is what makes the exchange of bitcoin vs. altcoins unattractive so that bitcoin will exchange with fiat.

I would not go that far but see your point, the majority of alts are either weak projects, just have products on paper or are scams that only indend to grab money. But among them you have also pearls that can disrupt entire businesses if not markets.
