What if cryptocurrency market is not also good in 2019?

No one knows what will happen tomorrow ,the next day of after 1 year in the world of crypto, as long as new adopters wnters in crypto world everything will be fine.

I agree no one knows what would happen in year 2019. The world of crypto has full of surprises so I think by that year price can have a good growth that may benefits the users.

I believe, true believers like me, is not looking for the crypto's future in the coming year, but if the market should do good is a great PLUS but if the market stays the same. Crypto Believers like me believe that the world's currency's evolution is a progress that will keep improving and CRYPTOCURRENCY or DIGITAL CURRENCIES are the next step of evolution FIAT currency will take.

The long term prospects of high quality projects are very green, so it is only a matter of time, when the market will pick up again. Remember that the total value of all cryptocurrencies and tokens is today only 2-3% of the total value of all fiat currencies, so the trend can only be up!

I would use this summer lull and directionless market to do my study and research in peace for the future winners, to spot them and buy into them now, when everything is very cheap! One can make a lot of good bargains today…

Seek for the hidden gems with a lot of study, analysis and thorough assessment of projects. You just need to do your research carefully and don't trust ICO listing sites etc. because ratings can be bought. Careful research is very important to avoid scams and other low quality projects - don't trust anyone but your own research!

I have been recently following Stellar that is generally on the rise and the tokens issued on the Stellar platform - now there is a bump like in any cryptocurrency over the past few days, but generally Stellar is on the rise because of the prospective Coinbase listing and other advances. This will also boost tokens issued on the Stellar platform...

My most recent find among alts is AXU, "Argentas Exchange Unit" token issued on the Stellar platform and listed and verified on the Stellarport decentralized exchange, now only at its pre-distribution, or pre-ICO phase. A true hidden diamond, with low profile so far. Experienced people clearly, and cool tech for decentralizing and revolutionizing global banking - their website at argentas.io.

If it still bad until next year then maybe its time for me to retreat and forget crypto for a year maybe. In these landscape were only after the goodnews and hopes that one day we will hit the pot, but its not that easy unless your a professional you can easily make profit daily. Well its not over yet, maybe there will a surprise and reward for holders before this year end.

I have lost so much since the beginning of 2018 to the present. If the market continues to decline in 2019. I will continue to hold and try to buy more, because I no longer care about the price, I have lost nearly 70%. And I will only sell when I reach the profit I set in April

looks good and there's nothing wrong with reducing your involvement in cryptocurrency world if you have something better and more important, maybe I will also reduce my involvement in cryptocurrency world if the market doesn't recover in 2019 but I  will still hold my cryptocurrencies because from the beginning, I was ready to lose it

If that's happened again a lot of people will quit crypto especially those invested this year. Maybe i will try learn another backup instead of waiting for another bear year but no one can predict the market even the best has a downfall in crypto. In this year i hope sec will do not delay the ETF the we will se the market ath again.

Preparing for the worst isn't bad and I do understand your current views on what would possibly happen on next years. If this trend would still continue until on next years then this will really change a lot for those crypto believers and if it would then it might go even lower that we expect. Just don't forget to risk on the amounts that you can afford to lose and since its our money we can pull out anytime depending on our intuition and decisions as long you would able to reduce the risk of loss then it should be fine.

I am sure that I hope that one of the cryptocurrency, Bitcoin will increase five-fold, because, although now the cryptocurrency has fluctuated up to 70-80%, this is normal compared to the largest companies today whose shares have fluctuated but they developed their business later experiencing a stable stock, this volatility will end and Bitcoin will increase.

That is not problem, it does not need to be so. Many projects have enough capital and do not need their tokens. Investors must think about that.

Of course, you always need to hope for the best, but you need to prepare for the worst. Therefore, you must always remember that you can not invest all your money in the crypto currency. You need to be prepared for the fact that they can be lost. A certain part of the profit is better displayed in fiat.
What will happen in 2019, in many respects will depend on how this year ends. The Crypto currency must grow, but smoothly, so that there is no recurrence of events of the end of last year.

Well, tha market was really hyped in December, 2017. I think it will not go that high again, because there is really no use of cryptoes other than being the best money laundering option.
IF there will be any real world usages, then maybe. MAYBE.

Most likely 2019, will not be the year of pump. But 2020 will be very interesting because of the reduction of the award to the miners. Rest from the market, my friends.

I think that as we are closer to year that miners will mine finally the whole amount of bitcoin the closer we are to the pump that will change completly the market situation, i believe that first signs will be able to be seen in 2019.

If you are not strong with conditions like this, then just leave it from now and you are a lover of surges, not patients who are declining will make the market not good who just want to control every increase, and here I just speculate and see you like that, of course most people think like that, the journey is still long I think next year will be good and increasing from before where people are focused and passionate for next year, but anything can happen in this crypto market, to stay patient in dealing with situations outside the market not a good step because luck rarely happens.

In that scenario, the numbers of crypto enthusiasts will decline significantly as new entrants joined mostly for financial gains. I hope it doesn't come to that.

Well most of the people who have replied so far are experts so you know more than what I do .
But this is my opinion--> lot of IT companies have already understood the true potential of block-chain and they have started training their employees in this new technology .So next few years there will huge interest in blockchain and crypto in general , Everyone would like to make some easy money that we can give our family/kids better life so I would expect more investments next year hopefully

If that happens,  I think there will a lot that will go out of crypto or might sell all their holdings. Although, there are a lot of signs crypto has a bright future and more and more is able to realize it. Hopefully, everything will be ok and have faith in it.

I personally like to take it once step at a time. The crypto market wasn't fantastic in 2016 and then it's imploded in 2017, alts seeing their ATHs. So I'd rather you focus on surviving 2018 and the current bearish market condition.
