I would agree with you on this. The main problem for these ICO are most of them are fraud and scams. People invest in there and loses their money. Because of these, many people are giving up the crypto world which is bad for the market.

these are the main reasons indeed. Most ICOs are failing because of low price of coins I guess. People are scared to invest money into cryptos. Once the price goes up the ICO will be profitable again.

ICO's wont be interesting again until there is some type of standard and way to verify a team wont run off with money or breakup before a project actually releases a product.

I so so much agree with you about the enlisted cause of problems ICO market is facing today. There are a lot fraud and scams and that make investors to run away from investing into ICO. These problems also create a lot of negative news about crypto currency and  no one would want to be scam.

In my opinion, the most significant problem with which one has to face almost every day is the abundance of projects that pretend to be real but in reality not. This is the main reason for the fact that at the moment investors prefer to turn back from buying.

That actually is one of the problem an ICO. Those four are one of the reasons why ICO were stain in negative image on all of the investors and ended up investigated to government. Most ICO ended up as scam project or they dont that charismatic because of partnership, unknown members or partnerships. I hope that every ICO will be registered to an approved government agencies to minimize scamming investors. We all know that if that government agencies handle or that ICOis registered through them, an investor is more calm or trusted to invest to that ICO.

Lets just break it down to just "Scam" . I noticed a lot of ICO coming up almost everyday with their shitcoin airdrops distribution. I just hope there will be a central authority that validates any ICO projects that plans to launch into the public. To identify the valid ICO's from the fake ones. Its just too frustrating to see these fake ICO's flooding not only in this community, but all over the internet.

Overvaluation seems like the problem since last year, when i get into crypto most of the ico project only collect about 1 million usd from the ico and the demand for the coin is high that's why the price can go up a lot at exchange, now they collect a lot more and start with a huge marketcap already so it's hard for the price to go up.

That's the real problem of ICO that has to be addressed and needs to be addressed now. Because if this won't get fixed, then the market is in jeopardy. The reputation of the ICO's will keep going down and will affect the market value.

Yes, I agree that the main reason is fraud, but there is also one important reason is the instability and unpredictability of the market, projects simply do not have time to collect the amount of money that they wanted.

I have already noticed that there are many scams in this area. I don't find it that easy to find a good ico (bounty) that is apparently no scam. This seems to me to be the biggest problem with ico at the moment.

I would say that the scam thing is not as influential as people think.
There aren't really that many straight up scams.

As in they lied, stole money, and dissapeared.

Actually, it is mostly just companies failing as businesses.
Investors get dissapointed and say it is a scam when the reality is that they chose a terrible company to invest in.

The #1 reason why ICOs are doing terrible now, is simply because there is way more supply than demand.
There are way more icos then there are people interested in and willing to pay money for.
This causes a ripple effect that causes the entire market to crash.

I am tired of these new ico, the arm they are causing is more than good, it is high time regulation start and effectively to filter all scam ico. They are whitepaper ico they lie to investors and won't do what they usually promise them. If regulation start scam ico will reduce to it is smallest minimum or got eradicated. If this should happen i believe money will flow into legit project.
