I am not sure that here is a white paper as long as there is no ICO, so instead of WP there should be an instruction with all explanations,that's how it works

I don't think that they have restrictions,at the same time in future amount of draws launched should be limited,because participants prefer to launch it rather than participate

I believe english is enough,just everyone on btt speaks english,so it is not necessary measure. Maybe chineese translation would be required
