It's best to buy already established currencies, preferably those high on the rankings on CMC.
Investing in ICOs during a bearish market is not suitable, as the market is unfavorable for new coins / tokens.

You know what you are right..  The market price fall sharply and it is not a situation in the market though we can consider it as a normal situation. But if it always happen we will not execute our best strategy..  Today it is much better to hold our coin until the market will rise up again..  Because it will not stay it forever..
