In addition, one way to save money is through i call 50-50 saving basis. Your budget in savings could be divided in half, in which that half saving goes to investing cryptocurrencies, through that basis your 50% savings grows while the other is stored to be a savings. I feel the most important part overall is not giving into peer pressure and feeling you have to buy something because someone else has it. Me? For saving? I just don't buy anything that are useless. I just buy my money for some food and also for some of my vices. But in particular I also buy some things like clothes if I need to.

This is the key, people buy a lot of useless stuff, it is not rare for people to have their garage filled with stuff that they have not used in years or that they did not use at all, it seems that people have an impulse to just buy whatever they want, not understanding that this behaviour can be very to damaging especially since many of them do not save any money for their retirement.

Well what I can add on all of that is this "net income- savings= expenses". In this case, you can surely save money because you get the money for savings first before spending it. You can also control your expenditures and cannot be out of your budget. Making budget is very difficult especially if you have less of cash for it, self control is really needed in order to save money for the future.
