Another observation.

I don't know if I saw this right but, the minimum bitcoins to be mixed is different in the FAQs (0.005 BTC) as compared to the mixing page (0.003 BTC)


Some correction is required either in the FAQs section mixing page.

I believe the commission fee mixing is a promotional offer which could end at anytime. The information about it is well documented in the FAQs. The user must send exactly 0.001 BTC if they want trial mixing. Not more than the stated amount.

It was suggested by some member back then in 2018 but they didn't give attention to the suggestion. Perhaps, it's something of less priority to them right now.

Suggestions:

- Bonus/referral programs: (don't know if this already set in your marketing strategy) Adding those kind of programs would help the world know about you in short time than expected; The bonus can be set in form of more lower fees for regular users or donators or those mixing big amounts. A referral program would need the implementation of more complicated tools (profiles,logins,IDs...) ;don't know how you can handle with it for now.

They can hardly add such option until Jambler do it first.
Even if they add it, the money needs to come from somewhere, so either the mixer agrees to make less profits, or users accept to pay more service fees

Hi Guys sorry for the delay,
short background info; I transferred the first amount of BTC (less than 0.003). After i realized that there is a minimum amount I transferred a secound amount to be over minimal amount.
This is the reason why the system cant handle the order.
I also wrote to the support the first few days they responded to my mails.
But since 4 or 5 days they didn't response.
Anyhow; the Support told me that i get a refund, but till today I didn't receive anything.
I only want to know how long it will take.

Any update about this? Now is a minimum of two weeks since this was first reported, and we have no update from either side.
Everyone's reputation is very important on the Bitcointalk forum, that's why I'm a little surprised that things like this are easily ignored by the service owner.

I am still waiting for the promised refund which was told me by mail from the mixtum support team on April 10th. Since then no reaction even when I write.
I hopefully still waiting for the refund or any other informations. Maybe somebody from the community can get in touch with the head of Support or somebody who had more information.

A month has already passed, which can be considered quite a long period to solve this kind of problem. Is this an isolated case or is the complete service having technical difficulties in its work?
How safe is it to use a Mixtum mixer at the moment? I believe that there are users who do not have the luxury of waiting a month for their money.

I think that everyone perfectly understands that we are really talking about a ridiculous amount (and that we ourselves have expressed a desire to make a return). It's just that sometimes there really are such periods of time when there is not enough time for answers here.

So, what happened to this? I can't even load your clearnet website in Tor browser, because of "Performance & security by Cloudflare"... I've been looking at various rotating circles for about 10 minutes now. Once in a while Cloudflare shows it's (tracking) captcha, but it never completes.
You can't provide privacy while using Cloudflare.

Cloudflare, we use dns server and DDoS protection. Certificates, as you can easily see, have nothing to do with them. There are a few more things that I would like to tell you, but unfortunately I can only do this in personal correspondence and only to you, since it seems to me that you are one of those people that you can rely on.

Indeed, the amount was a small one. And I also understand the problem about lack of time. Probably you're facing a lot of other duties which you have to attend. Anyway, I believe the problem was solved by now? I did not see any other complaint from gtib.

There are a few more things that I would like to tell you, but unfortunately I can only do this in personal correspondence and only to you, since it seems to me that you are one of those people that you can rely on.

From my perspective LV is one of the most reliable users of this forum and he helped a lot the users, the forum as a whole and also various mixers and websites which needed public feedback.

          I have exactly the same suggestion. Today it is incredibly difficult to do without an affiliate program. In most cases, it is she who drives the main traffic. If you ignore such an important point, then this will certainly affect the Internet resource.

And I just tried your platform, it's easy to use and seamless, nothing is complicated. The fee is indeed a bit pricy, but as you said it's worth it if the person really valued their anonymity and privacy. The website could have small tidying up tho, I mean it's simple no need for sophisticated design, but there are just too many blank spaces.
