Just wondering why not invest in both the coin as it is always better to invest in the maximum best coins available if you have some money so that you can keep making money inspite of some coins price has fallen but others might rise.

Actually both the coins are a best option for long term investments as the prices for them are not to that extend now which as compared can take a bloom in the future so buying bitcoins and etherum now and holding for atleast 1-2 years could be a great suggestion for OP.
But in case you want to make quick profits in short term trades than you can keep a not on the price variation and see some small peaks where you can make profits in quick time. Also investing into ETH for short term can be good if you are able to buy at a dip.

I advice you to invest a bit in both these cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin is more reliable but Ethereum can give much profit.
