Please, we should not totally eliminate fiat currency

actually not many want to eliminate fiat currency. in my opinion, crypto currency and fiat should go side by side, because crypto will be increasingly recognized. maybe you see a lot of people who want fiat currency to be replaced with crypto, but believe it is hard to happen.

crypto is not acceptable to many people, even today there are still many people who still have problems with the bank system and the use of ATMs. universally many will not be able to adjust economically, and fiat is the most quality model. I think it will not happen that fiat will eliminate because in decades we use it in crypto and like you said not all times we can use the crypto in some situations. So I think in consideration it will not happen.

You should not worry, fiat will stay and crypto will develop.
They are not competitors, crypto is just new and this one needs some good regulation, it's risky in crypto
and people would not allow to use it when the price volatility is still a big problem to solve.

It will take time, only the government can make price stable with their appropriate measures.

Indeed. Third world countries or those that really don't have access on technologies will still rely on physical things like with fiat. They also don't have enough knowledge on how banking and digital transactions work. They'll be the victim of scammers who take advantage of what they don't know.

Yes, there are still some areas that do not have access to computers because there's no supply of electricity there. But we should also know that it won't take long. Eventually, Rural areas will become more accessible and will have a consistent supply of electricity. The technology is being developed by now, it will take time until we see the full results. So Fiat money will still be here for a long period of time.

Fiat will be here for a long long while. We still have underdeveloped areas and uneducated people in the world and integration barrier, only that it won't be used for a major transaction, will most likely be used by locals. Fiat is too costly to handle and maintain. I remember my bank telling me they pay cash handling cost. Banks are too expensive to maintain.

Even without computers we can use crypto if we have smartphones but we can't use it if there's no internet.
We can't fully eliminate fiats, this is the truth for now because of the modern technologies that are emerging.
People can't decide on what they can trust and use but for us crypto rocks!

We need both of them. Fiat cannot be eliminated in this world. Maybe, if all people can access in internet and it will become the regular needs of the people. But as of now, fiat plays vital role in our economy. Lots of opportunities are made by cryptocurrency, but in the end we turn it in fiat because it needs to buy our foods. First of all, why would these third countries eliminate fiat currency if they can't support or don't even have access to these kinds of technologies? We may be poor but these people in the government are not fools and stupid. Another thing is that, why would they eliminate fiat currency if they can't secure their people using it? Fiat can not be eliminated from the world because many lives will be stopped and if we look at the network of fiat then banking industry is fully using fiat for transactions and i hope that fiat will still be used for multiple purpose which do not required any new technology. Yes, I have a point of view with you. Fiat money is really important and it has existed for a long time. Electronic money really helps people in saving time and cost.
But, for the whole world to be peaceful and best, we should still have fiat money.

Whatever the advancement in technology or usage, it is impossible to eliminate the fiat currency usage which at present is found high in circulation compared to that of cryptocurrencies. People have a thought that bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will take lead and cause people and government to stop the usage of fiat currency. Even now there are people who doesn't have knowledge using credit/debit cards, with this it is really a hard thing to achieve a paperless currency usage all around.

No matter how hard we try, it is simply not possible to eliminate the usage of physical fiat currency. The digital version of fiat (Paypal, Visa.etc) may become popular, but they will not be able to completely replace physical cash. Now replacing fiat with a decentralized currency is altogether another topic. It may be possible only within libertarian micronations, as the governments will never allow that.

Those who think that fiat currencies will be eliminated live in utopia. This is simply not possible, no matter how much cryptocurrencies are being developed and accepted. There is no country in the world that would replace fiat currency with crypto, there is no ground for that and cryptocurrencies are not the pillar that could fully support any economy and society.
But the role of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is not to replace and eliminate fiat, I seriously doubt that was an idea, but to give some kind of investment and payment alternative that could function along with fiat but based on totally different technology and concept.
