They have so many people in here are expert on when the bull market or bear market. But for me i'm just holding my coins that ill have and wait the kind of bull market or bear. All i need to sell my coins into a high price but for now it cant because the market was always in red situation and low prices of coins. So it was hard to trade or sell my coins so ill need to wait a little more.

This year only brought grief to those who have chosen to want to grief. It is a market, downtrends are normal, bear market is not something new and rather than learning from their mistakes to make better decisions in the future, they get blinded by their emotions and what they cannot change when it comes to past. You invest all in top 100 coins or just some pick out of it? Seriously you won't be profitable if you only just invest in 3-5coins, having a lot of stored coins give you some more gains provided that you can manage them all.  Not necessarily you have to go for 100 coins but it could be best to have high potential coins around the market.

That is really good never go panic selling when you see the market was going down especially if your buying point has been surpass unless you had a tight stoploss but if long term just don't mind it and be patience always.

What decision you take will depend on your appetite for risk, I am the kind of person that prefers to play it safe and I do not want to take unnecessary risks, so anything outside of the top 20 is simply too risky for me, but if you really like the volatility of the market and want to make a lot of money then buying a coin that is in the lower part of the top 100 makes sense.

Even a newbie will always claim to be an expert when it comes to a bullish market as my grandma can even call market shots in those periods. The best time to know how good you are and to learn as much as you can when it comes to making good market decisions is during a bear market as that would really enhance your experience when it comes to trading a difficult market and when the easy one comes, you will find it so amusing in the long run.

Even in the vegetable market or the traditional market, can you predict exactly what would happen to the price of the items you want to buy tomorrow? Not at all and even though some of them are fixed, they can be changed. No one can predict the future and that is the best way to always look at things. However, the readiness to learn is one thing that a lot of people really do not take into consideration and like the OP said, the best time to always learn is when conditions are not naturally favorable.

You are right the best time in crypto is when market is down, its a good opportunity to get hold of some coins which you believe it will yield good profit when the market boom again but out of panic you see people most especially the beginners dumping their coins that supposed to of huge profit to them in the nearest future.
