It is more likely to happen in spring or even summer, and more likely that the market will not rise to the level of the previous years, like in 2017, for example. But hope for the best.

There's really a reason that might trigger bull run, I read some news on the cryptocrunch that it russian billionaires might invest on bitcoin and that makes me think about accumulating much starting now.

You're right.  The market has repeatedly experienced such a fall, and after it there has been a strong growth, so we will see it again!

It will be at least strange if the bearish trend would last two years. There is a great probability that another great bull run will come this year. Probably, it will happen close to spring or even earlier.
