The only major event in 2019 that will determinate the future path of the price is the launch of the Bakkt platform. I look at it as the foundation of BTCs future. As far as 2019 goes, I look at it more like a year to go through and hold until the long expected bull comes in 2020. It seems highly unlikely that we will see any major price growth any time soon. It is a good think that the volatility seems tamed, at least something is going in the right direction.

I have heard this multiple times, but we are still in downtrend and nobody knows when this fall is going to end. If the Bakkt and ETFs launch will be postponed on more time, this trend will continue for at least a half more year.
